I'm happy-ish with 12.

I think the problem is that ATL was quite a big hit and was so well recieved. The public still love it, and it has more longevity.

I'm already beginning to get over this song while ATL is still amazing in my eyes.

#12 is what I was hoping for today and I'm happy enough, it's not a major disaster and the album's holding at #33.

I think it'll be around #26 next week, she had strong physicals for weeks on end with 'All The Lovers' which bolstered its position more than iTunes suggested.

Am I the only one who's dissapointed..? No UK top 10 and a flop in Australia/rest of the world..and..it's not helping the album that much..
The charts are full of idiots, I don't personally see the big hoo-har about chart positions especially for someone who can sell out nationwide tours in minutes. Screw joe public!

Obviously we are all disapointed but it could have been a lot worse considering how bad it did on downloads

Well, I doubt Kylie is overly dissappointed, she has the tour coming up and she got a #1 album here at least.

A single peaking outside Top 10 is nothing too major for her.

I woul dhave loved top 10 but #12 is respectable enough and the album has held top 40 which is something. I dont think kylie will be overly worried, all the lovers is her biggest hit in a while and she has a number 1 album from the era and the tour has sold very well so in all it aint to much to worry about.

My only little worry is where will get outta my way be next week, anyone like to make an early prediction??

I think around #26 but i hope it can manage top 20 for another week.

It will fall quite dramatically I think, unless she's got some promo lined up? Hmm, round about #30 perhaps?

Never been a really big Kylie fan but I have to say that I am addicted to this song

Got this from music week report in the chart thread

"Meanwhile, Get Outta My Way is Kylie Minogue’s 47th Top 75 entry and her 45th Top 40 hit – but not yet her 34th Top 10 entry. The track vaults 48-12 (19,342 sales), on the overall chart, but debuts at number one on the physical sales chart, after selling 5,408 copies on CD and 1,661 copies on 7-inch picture disc.

I have to say im really disapointed with the phyisical sales, they are half the amount of all the lovers, i was sure the phyisicals would have around 10,000 when combined. Still on a brighter note itgained download sales which is good.

I am slightly worried that get outta my way seems to be a fan purchase only though and that it isnt appealing to many buyers outside her core fan base.

Lets forget the bad news and focus on the good.

47th Top 75 entry and her 45th Top 40 hit

Not to be sniffed at, especially considering that critics bashed her back when she first started.

I still don't understand how the Paul O'Grady performance didn't make a big impact on iTunes :(

#12 is good but I prefer Kylie in the Top 10.

I think one of the reasons the physical sold so low was because there was no b side. Kylie's B sides are usually really good and her remixes on the other hand are often underpar.
Ya i suppose that would dampen sales but i still thought phyisical would be higher, on a bright note isnt great to think that kylie will soon be approaching her 50th top 40 hit, thats some achievment considering how many top 10 hits is inlcluded in that.
I really hope it doesnt plummet in the coming weeks, it would be nice to see it end up selling at least 100k but that might be a little difficult.
29 today. looks like my prediction will be right for this week.

:snif: This will be lucky to get 4 weeks top 75.

Alesha Dixon's Drummer Boy did better.

Of course she will. She will prob get about 5 or 6 weeks. The chart run has already been -
