This latest no.1 just tops it all...... :o this needs to stop...soon!

Bit hard not to have #1 singles, though. :P

Gettin' Over You is now at 55%, so today (so far), he should be on about 2,000 + Frisky 3,500-4,000:

So APPROXIMATELY, the full total so far this week (the sales for Gettin' Over You today should help):

1. Frisky - 18,000

2. Gettin' Over You - 9,500

APPROXIMATELY

Which might translate to 60-70k for the week, leaving a 2nd week total well within Kylie's reach... :)

...But also liable to being pipped by Dizzee and Corden, I still think "All The Lovers" could stall at #3 or even #4 if "Alejandro" gets a move on ^_^

I concur.

My first experience of this song was his live performance at Rihanna and I was basically like " THIS is his next single?!" through it all. That night I finally came around to "Pass Out" (I always liked the instrumental) but I'm not sure I'll ever get this. Another shockingly bad #1 for 2010.

Its basically just a reworked version of Pass Out.. and Frisky shouldnt see the light of day at a concert tbh. He done it yesterday at Summertime Ball and I felt like walking out. Especially when he was doing "la la lalalala la" parts I was just like :| I know I'm not one to talk about recycled music but Tinie Tempah takes it far :/

Tinie Tempah can probably rely on making lots of songs that sound like Pass Out, and getting repeated number-ones. And, to be fair, if he can get many sales doing that, then fair enough. Lady Gaga has done the same, and got 3 number-ones with songs that sounds like Just Dance.

Eventually the public will get bored of Pass Out, Just Dance, Boom Boom Pow, etc. and artists will have to start making different songs again.

And I find it funny that in the thread description, both Eminem and Usher are #4. XD

I see your sig is a picture of J&B at the French Open final. Good to see Eminem still rising :)

The title needs updating- it says Usher and Eminem are both 4 ;)

looks like the BGT effect will wear off this week

Looks like Frisky is a surefire number 1 this week- unless that Dizzee and Corden song can stop it

That's a very *big* if, since it is showing no signs whatsoever of that sort of acceleration.

Frisky >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pass Out

Just sayin'

Yeah, I tend to change it to a new picture of Beyoncé on each of her outings. So I could have one picture one day, and a new one the next day. Because I'm cool like that... :kink:

I wonder if cant be tamed will hang on and miley get her first top 10 hit....

Alejandro chart run (pre video): 54-40-28

Telephone run: 74-67-55-48-49-42-39-39-34-37-31-VIDEO-12-1-1-2-4-6-11-15-16-19-24-22

Just pointing out that "Alejandro" pre video has more momentum than "Telephone" ever had...
