Wow I thought it would be a lot higher. :huh: I guess video airplay hasn't kicked in yet and will probably do so tomorrow.

 

I still think it will be #1 though. It's got a "rap" in it and urban songs seem to take ages to get momentum. :kink:

To the guy who said the reason why Diana was so high was because of pre-orders you are wrong as pre-orders count towards to the iTunes album chart not the singles one.

It's Perry Pop - I feel Katy makes her own genre due to her style and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. :lol:

 

I hope this will be her second number one! 'Thinking Of You' was robbed. :wub:

Surprised Katy isn't Top 40 but I'd still guess that she'll at least get to #2 or #3 depending on how the football songs hold up. With the England match this Wednesday if we get through to the next round Shout may rise and could still be #1 next week.

No for a couple of weeks the pre-orders had an impact...Without being on Pre-order there would be no way Diana Vickers jumped straight in at 9 after just 30 mins after release..Surely? You can tell because she took ages to get to the top. Even if her fans downloaded she would have never got to 9 that quick without the pre-orders having some sort of an impact??

Thinking With You is one of my favourites of her, the lyrics are so superbly written, and it's a song that really makes me feel emotional, not that many songs do that!

You can't pre-order the individual tracks, you can only pre-order EPs/single packages and they chart in the iTunes Album Chart.
