June 18, 201015 yr ... I haven't seen Robyn anywhere, so to keep bringing her into it is irrelevant. she had quite a critically acclaimed live lounge session earlier this week...
June 18, 201015 yr Wikipedia are claiming Una wrote on Twitter they're performing a song called 'Higher' at a gig soon after the premiere of 'Missing You'. Can anyone confirm?
June 19, 201015 yr i think the fact that they are two tracks short of a third album is silly. they could just add the new songs to Wordshaker and reissue it. this whole plan seems a little bit pointless. Well, not two but the whole six. We have 6 new tracks and now averagely album consists of 12 tracks. I quite like the idea but the lead single of EP is weak. Very weak. Maybe it will grow on me but I smell a low top-10 now which is not serious. They should record more material and release a quality album in 2011. With 'Missing You' and EP they could fall into obscurity. As for Robyn - I think they should let the first single chart to get people recognize her and only then release an EP one or two weeks after the single. It's not a bad idea but a bad timing.
June 19, 201015 yr Author Wikipedia are claiming Una wrote on Twitter they're performing a song called 'Higher' at a gig soon after the premiere of 'Missing You'. Can anyone confirm? Yep, it was true :)
June 19, 201015 yr Author Here's a minute clip of 'Higher' - and it's very good :) http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=507511482990
June 19, 201015 yr I've noticed they are kinda going back to colour coding. :D (Missing You Cover, Their Skirts in 'Higher' performance. :))
June 20, 201015 yr I hope it's a full on album, but tbh I dont really mind an EP! :D I just can't wait!
June 23, 201015 yr Tracks Definitely 'Missing You' 'Higher' Maybe 'My Love' 'Karma' (Will add more to this when every time they announce a new track, or a new track is played somewhere etc.) Edited June 27, 201015 yr by animal
June 23, 201015 yr Author Confirmed Tracks 'Missing You' 'Higher' (Will add more to this when every time they announce a new track, or a new track is played somewhere etc.) I think we're forgetting 'My Love' too! Also 'Forever Is Over' and 'Ego' if the EP claim is true.
June 24, 201015 yr The Saturdays' new album title has been revealed as Headlines. Universal's official website reports that the group's third studio LP will arrive on August 16, ten months after the release of their last record Wordshaker. A 30-second clip of the album's first single 'Missing You' and its accompanying video has been released on YouTube, with the promo and song receiving its full premiere on Saturday. The band filmed the video for the track earlier this month in Malaga. The Saturdays recently revealed that they were working with Taio Cruz on their new album. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a23...e-revealed.html
June 24, 201015 yr Headlines!!!? That's about as bad as Catfights & Spotlights, if not worse!! Edited June 24, 201015 yr by AltheGreat
June 24, 201015 yr Looks like Headlines is released August 16th. Much sooner than expected. http://store.universal-music.co.uk/invt/06..._lm_esp=2-22-62
June 24, 201015 yr Lets make the Headlines, loud and true  Sorry I hope it isnt actually like the Spice Girls song lmao. Hope this one does better than Wordshaker!
June 24, 201015 yr Author Headlines? Meh. Not that creative, but hey. Lets hope they do make the headlines with this EP/Album (whatever the hell it is) Aparently it is an EP not an album. Una said it was an "EP, well mini-album" in an interview.
June 24, 201015 yr They would not charge £9.99 for a mini album, that's daylight robbery! This has to be a full album!
June 24, 201015 yr If this is a full album I see the record label haven't learnt the lesson of FIO/WS and are releasing the album after one single again.
June 24, 201015 yr If this is a full album I see the record label haven't learnt the lesson of FIO/WS and are releasing the album after one single again. I agree, if this isn't an EP it's absolutely ridiculous that they're only releasing one single before its release.
