October 20, 201014 yr I think its disgustıng that the record company are re-releasing headlines with three tracks off the last album. They might as well have re-released wordshaker instead.
October 20, 201014 yr #35 today. :D Thats brilliant. By the way do you know current sales figures for this era? Thanks :P
October 20, 201014 yr Author Thats brilliant. By the way do you know current sales figures for this era? Thanks :P I'm estimating just over 300k. Somewhere between 300-310k which includes Missing You, Headlines and Higher. If Higher takes off, that could be another 200k added to that total (500k) and I wrekkon Headlines will do a minumum of around 150-175k which could be another 100k to add on (600k) then they'll no doubt do a 3rd single since this era has been very successful compared to the last which could fetch another 100k+. Overall by the end of the Headlines era you're possibly looking at 700k+ Edited October 20, 201014 yr by olm-remix
October 22, 201014 yr I think it will be #30 on sunday if the midweek trend is anything to go by. On its 19th week on the irish chart headlines drops 32 places to #99 this week.
October 24, 201014 yr #34. :( Up two places from last week but down two from Friday. :( If you look at the chart positions for the album; they have recently been floating around the chart. But when you look at the sales; they have gradually decreased each week whether or not the position is higher than the previous week.

But when you look at the sales; they have gradually decreased each week whether or not the position is higher than the previous week. It's not doing as well as Chasing Lights, but that had 5 singles from it. If Headlines reaches around 100k after higher, they should get alot higher around xmas and should be on around 150k+
October 24, 201014 yr as long as its top 40 supermarkets will stock it - important for xmas market, and something that was crucial in Wordshakers poor performance. i think the reissue will help it out, it will be seeen as a full album then, and im sure SOME fans will buy it for collection purposes, i know i will.
October 25, 201014 yr So, the new version is more expensive!! You can get it for £8.99 on HMV and £11.99 on amazon! That is SUCH a bad move. It hasn't cost them any more money to record the songs, I really don't think it was a good idea to raise the price. That being said, it's now a 12 track album - so I guess new buyers won't think too much of paying £9 for it. I still think they'd have got a lot more buyers had it stayed £7 for 12 tracks.

Prices are usually higher at the start of release so I'm sure they will decrease; hopefully. :D
October 25, 201014 yr im definatly gonna re-buy its going to be a christmas gift to quite a few people this year
October 29, 201014 yr The updated TV Ad with 'page flicking' for Higher is now playing before videos on their Vevo account :)
October 30, 201014 yr I just thought of something, they should call the new release 'Headshaker'. :P i thought that too last week! haha when i made my sig! lol if it does drop out the top 40 it may be cause they will stop printing and issuing the standard version now, and im sure the reissue will hoist it top 30 cause some fans will buy it to collect
