I know a lot of us were wondering what the girls' tweets were about a few nights ago..

They mentioned making a great new decision, for example Vanessa tweeted "im in such a good mood right now having a band meeting making so many great decisions!! woo xxx"

This was very late at night, so it might have been a rash decision... However, apparently they have new management!!

Jayne, their maybe ex-manager, has changed her bio on Twitter to "I love putting together pop talent like The Saturdays & adore managing The WANTED".

Good or bad decision?

I'm thinking.. It can't hurt.

Yeh I've noticed that she wasn't really tweeting much about The Saturdays anymore.. and had kinda started concentrating on the boys

Obviously I don't know what type of manager she is.. but if thats what the big decision was & they are happy with it.. then they probably made the right decision

Been discussing this on Twitter. Certainly fits with the girls tweets and Jayne's new profile line.

Interesting one if it's true. I like Jayne but change could be good for them now. Have to wait and see I guess.

They need a change. Too many mistakes being made right now. Some are petty mistakes and some are major, so ANY change right now needs to be taken.

They seemed really happy with her in their FLIP videos and stuff.

I think if it's true, then Mollie's tweet was really bitchy towards Jayne.

I love the girls, but the best decision they ever made was obviously signing the contract Jayne gave them in the beginning.

Whether she was a good or bad manager, well we don't know. But she definitely got them noticed on the net and she got them some lucrative endorsement deals.

I think she and her team just struggled elsewhere.

Hopefully their new management reign them in a little and take advantages of the media opportunities they have now built up.

For a start, she let them have way too much time off. They were always tweeting about going on holiday and have a few days off.

They need to look like they're working hard, I know a lot of people who get pissed off with them looking like they're performing half-assed and stuff.

But they've tweeted about going to choreography lots etc.. So maybe we'll see some changes right away?

Hmm. Jayne should obviosuly be recognized for getting them to where they currently are but new management certainly isnt a bad thing. There's been quite a lot of blame being directed towards management recently, if thats justified or not - I dont know.

Interesting. I have noticed that she isn't featured in The Sats filps no more (last one being at that photoshoot a few weeks ago) and that she's stopped tweeting about them on Twitter. So this could possibly well be true. Is it strange that we've never seen their coreographer and in the last two flips we have?!

I think she has done alot for The Sats but they've probabbly realised themselves by now that it's not working any more. If it's all true this could be very interesting to see where this goes. There's still that ITV deal to be confirmed, and various other bits and bobs the girls have been tweeting about on Twitter.

She's been tweeting about The Sats today.... So I wonder what the hell's going on :o

She hasn't really..

Somebody asked about a M&G for one of The Saturdays' gigs and she said Fascination are taking care of them, but she'd put it a good word.

When they were doing M&G's last year, she was in charge of them.

Sacking Jayne will be the final nail in the coffin. With Jayne she put her all into the Sats and managed them with passion. If they get a bigger management company, the company will not be passionate about the sats and their fans, they will just see them as another client.

What has gone wrong for the sats is timing. They should have held off with the 2nd album until the spring this year and had a break, they should have stuck with a similar sound to chasing lights. Crucially, however it is the label and not the management that decide what song to release and when.

Jayne has inspired Sats fans, and has created a band that interact through the various twitter accounts more than any other. Thier flips are also a revolution. I cannot remember any other band that always uploads a video a week, even when they are not releasing songs. It was Jayne that landed them an appearence on dancing on ice in January when the label thought the campaign was long over. I could go on and on. But I think The Sats owe everything to the passion of their management.

Maybe their tweet about making the best decision of their careers was nothing to do with Jayne? It could of been just co-insidence. Maybe their moving label or something? You never know. They're releasing 'Missing You' under Polydor instead of Fascination i've noticed.

Fascination IS Polydor.

Let's not jump the gun here. Nothing's been even vaguely confirmed here. It's only rumours and assumptions that it's change in management. And Jayne twittering about The Sats surely decreseas the chances they've parted ways?
Fascination IS Polydor.

It's actually a sub-divison :). Polydor being its parent.

Yes, I am aware. They still are, infact, the same label.

So in regards to your original comment.. there are no signs of a label move considering they are the same thing.

I wasn't on about them moving to Polydor at all actually, I was juat suggesting a label move. I was just saying that i've noticed they're releasing it on Polydor instead of Fascination, that is all.

And it is possible to move between the two labels. Girls Aloud did it as they were originally signed to Polydor and then moved to Fascination during their Greatest Hits wasn't it?

But you said it directly after it, so it made it look like that is what you were suggesting.

And with Girls Aloud, that was only because Fascination didn't exist until then, but like you said it's just a sub-division of Polydor, so it makes no odds.

Anyway, moving on..
