I never thought I'd be saying this but  @ B.o.B being #1. :D

Hopefully he'll get a huge lead now that he's #1 and will beat JLS this sunday. The public clearly haven't taken to this song (I'm sure that without the crazy fans, they wouldn't have been number one in the first place). I think it would actually do JLS the world of good if they missed the top spot because they might actually stop being complacent and instead record decent songs.

Had Katy taken back the top spot then I think JLS would be troubled for number 1 come sunday.

But as B.o.B has been in third place (and according to the Midweek report JLS had quite a lead over the number 2 spot) I can't see B.o.B gaining enough of a lead to stop them now. Especially when you factor in the physical sales.

From tomorrow afternoon, I can see Katy overtaking JLS due to the "weekend effect" and maybe she can catch them. She can't be too far behind JLS considering the have only been narrowly ahead of her all week on iTunes and their physicals might not be that much. [/wishfulthinking]

Hm.. I still think JLS have it in the bag. But they'll drop like a stone in the following weeks, a bit like Diana's Once. Please don't tell me people are actually supporting this Katie trash. A new low.
Nice to see B.o.B at #1 but will it be enough for JLS to chart at #2 in the official chart come Sunday, don't forget Katy Perry has got physicals as well. Hoping Katy Perry will edge them to #3, and I be very happy with that. Physicals don't count for much these days unless you are big major artist.

If I import four dozens of B.o.B single, does it count for the official chart? :kink:

Anyway, 3 weeks at the top of Itunes for the JLS comeback single is bad, especially since I'm pretty sure it's gonna plummet now

Days. :kink:

Oops yeah, 3 weeks is not something they're ever going to achieve I'm sure (and thanks god for that) ^_^

Which songs have managed 3 weeks or more on iTunes so far this year?

I think Fireflies and Pass Out got 3 and a half weeks. Good Times got 3 weeks. Replay almost did with 2 and a half weeks I think. I can't think of any others...

But obviously, 99% of songs released get 0 days at iTunes number-one.

JLS are not going to be beaten this week.

I just can't see it :(

:( Kelis #51 & #53, does she have any TV or Radio support?

It's on the Radio 1 playlist.

Also glad to see JLS get knocked off finally but it's way too late in the day, unless they can build a MEGA lead.

the downward boy band curve is happening already for them :o

My goodness you would think it is Christmas morning on here.I suspect a few of you are multibuying B.O.B.Who is downloading Katie Price other than Katie Price the country is going to the dogs if she goes Top 50.

Boybands tend to have a short shelf life but JLS can actually sing so hopefully the next single will be autotune free.

I'm guessing it's *not* Peter Andre... :w00t:

It's slightly preferarable to JLS, thanks to it featuring the cute Hayley Williams... ;)

I bet some of the queer community will lap it up. Those self absorbed, plastic individuals who think Katie Price is a goddess. Oh and the housewives that read OK! and are on 'Team Katie' lmao.

Diabolical to the nth degree. The sooner it becomes legal to put down animals like Price, I will warm to Britain once more. :kink:

Yeah. The autotune is a bit weird. I was reading an interview they did, and they said they weren't going to put autotune in originally, but after seeing the roaring worldwide success of songs such as Boom Boom Pow and OMG, they thought it would be a good idea, since they're trying to make it big in the USA.

They said something along the lines of "We know Usher is a good singer. He's using the autotune as a special affect, not because he can't sing. We sang live infront of 10 million people every week for over 2 months, so we are fine with singing live."

It might've been an interview on Digital Spy, I think.

There's nothing wrong with a bit of autotune. Who doesn't use it from time to time?

It just doesn't help that the song is pretty average anyway.

:o If you said this on TV, you'd be a LOT more hated than Katie Price!
