pointless and only made for the soul purpose of paramount getting more money from the success of the first movie. oren peli isnt even directing. i bet it will be mega mega $h!t.
Oohh a sequel :D I know its not gonna be as good as the first one, I thought they shoud've ended it with the first one but I dont mind a sequel :kink: I hope it lives up to the first one, but I doubt it really :(
I'm expecting this to be God awful, however, I am still mega excited to see it  I really, really cannot wait and will be going to see this in the cinema as I missed seeing the first one in the cinema :(
^Exactly what Jonjo said (apart from missing the first one in the cinema) :kink: I dont care how rubbish it is, i'm still seeing it

so you would spend the now stupid cinema prices for a film that you would know it's rubbish? you must have money to burn if you dont care how rubbish it is, so say it gets only negative reviews, and everyone who has seen it says its the worst film they have seen, but you dont care how rubbish it is so you waste your time and money seeing a rubbish film, you are very very bizarre.

i've not seen the first one but this trailer looks pretty good. will definitely go see this. gonna have to track down a copy of the first one now

But in fairness you have to see it to form your own opinion. I wouldn't not see a movie just because someone told me it was $h!t or the reviews said so. I've liked many movies which have had awful reviews. A fiver to form my own opinion certainly didn't break the bank!

but if everyone you knew who had seen it said it was the worst film ever and every single review was negative, would you seriously watch the film, yet alone pay money to see it (btw what cinema to you go to all the ones near me charge like £7 per film these days, massive rip), especially when you could just download it for free from the internet.

Anyway this film looks $h!t and most likely will be $h!t, so they dont deserve my money to give it a try, theres things I would see over it. i dont have the time or money to see a film that most likely gonna suck and also looks $h!t.

Well I don't think I've ever been faced with that choice tbh, usually always someone who likes. I understand what you're saying of course and would probably think twice if *everyone* hated it.

Ahh Northern Ireland is finally useful for something! I think it was £5.50 for my last ticket. After paying London prices for a year though I appreciate people have to chose what they pay to watch carefully!

tbh i only really go to the cinema if its something i really really want to see, like scott pilgrim and toy story 3, and also kick ass and iron man 2 but i didnt have the time to see those sadly, otherwise i just download the films once decent rips appear, i can live with not seeing a film until a month or 2 after release unless its something im desperate to see (like scott pilgrim). I would go see loads of films if the prices werent stupid though, rather than download those films, so basically cinemas force me to pirate movies, i wouldnt if they didnt keep raising prices.

i've just looked at the price on my cinema ticket from yesterday after seeing you mention the prices and it was £7.80! i've seriously never realised it was that much.. i always pay with a card so i just pay it and carry on. wow that's mad.. and i live in manchester so it's not even like london prices. i'm well shocked at that actually.. oh and it wasnt even a 3D film!
the only cinema price i like is cineworld with their membership scheme where you pay something like £15 a month and you just see any film. but i dont have a cineworld near enough to me ):

Release date: 22/10/10

Director: Tod Williams

Writer: Michael R. Perry

Starring: All original cast members expected to return.

Plot: Unknown at this stage. From the trailer we can assume that the demon, and a Katie under its control, will be begin terrorising a new family. Particularly targeting the baby.

The sequel to Paranormal Activity, last years breakout horror hit, was announced as soon as the big numbers started rolling in, but a teaser has now been released, which will be running before the Twilight film, Eclipse. The minute long trailer begins at the end of the last film, and continues from there, as strange happenings start to occur in a new house. We see glimpses of the different rooms in the house, before it settles on a nursery; with a dog and a sleeping baby (the moment when the dog begins barking at nothing is actually quite creepy). The trailer ends as Katie (we can presume) walks inside. There is also a hidden clue in the teaser, there is backwards writing on the mirror at the back of the room, but that's not all that's happening in the mirror: unlike in the real room, the baby is standing up in the crib and is looking at the rocking chair, which is going back and forth. Spooky.

Here is a pic of the room from the teaser, that has been turned upside down so you can see the writing, which reads "What is happening to Hunter." Hunter is most likely the baby.

I agree with this tbh. It's looking like 3D prices are going to rise pretty soon, it's becoming ridiculous <_<

You really must. I don't like overhyping things, but it still scares the $h!t out of me! It's one of my fave movies I think.
