Just listened to the first 15, I'm a pretty harsh marker but there wasn't one so far I'd give less than 7/10.

Disappointed there's no 'themetune to Grandstand' this time though. :P

Perfect Day by Miriam was used as the theme tune to 'The Adventures of Peter Rabbit' on the BBC from 1992 to 1995. Is that close enough?

Really love Perfect Day. I'm already posting it on all my friend's FB pages.
I listened to all the tracks yesterday and gave them all a rate out of 10. I'm gonna listen to the songs again and see if any of the lesser faves click but there were a few that clicked instantly with me and will be battling to secure my top vote. ^_^

There are 5 tracks that are really hitting the mark with me. I'll be listening to the rest to see if there are any growers and then I'll send my marks.

I think this is the best compilation I have ever received from anyone - I rarely like more than 1 track on any compilation that someone makes me. It always makes me sound very ungrateful.

I'll vote tonight probably. It'll be difficult though.

Such a brilliant set of songs, I've made lots of amazing discoveries from this.

I have listened/rated all songs, some are really amazing. I only disliked 5 songs (compared to BJSC where i dislike 90%). I think i'm gonna listen through them all again and then vote.

I've marked them out of 10.

Here are the marks in order of increasing size.

Some great tracks, I'm having difficulty in ordering the top 5, 5 tracks really stand out for me at the moment, Perfect Day is so haunting and moving.

Don't really understand all the love being shown for Perfect Day.

Now if you were talking about David Holmes homage to the motorik beat then I could. That track is outstanding. Along with A Place To Bury Strangers and The Naked and Famous.

this. add in New Politics and HEALTH as well. Perfect Day is one of the 5 tracks I didnt see fit to stay in my music library, the rest im keeping.

This just shows the diversity of the tracks and the diversity of our tastes.

The Kiss is a real grower - I love the vocals and it builds and builds layer upon layer....

And We Are not Your Friends has a really good intro.

Also love Health.

Perfect Day reminds me of Secret Garden's Nocturne from Eurovision 1995. Most of the time this sort of stuff passes me by but I find these two very affecting.

Perfect Day has gone down in my estimations now it feels out of place among the rest, after hearing more of the other tracks, I think I just about got my 10 tracks now, just a case of ordering them, and my reserve.

By And By is a real grower, and listening to other tracks by Lay Low, a really good find, probably one to add to my personal chart at some point.

just voted. really liked every song i voted for, many places were close.
