Posted July 3, 201015 yr I've spent a couple of hours working mine out, based entirely and solely on 11 years of personal chart data, including singles and albums chart info (like the Guniess chart book does), here is my definitive top 50 artists of all time. Some real shockers in some of the postitions, I thought some people would be much higher, and others lower :o An opinion poll not based on my chart would probably see the bolded acts much higher but the rest of the positions and indeed the top three are definitely about right. The numbers to the right represent the points they have gained based on a number of factors, over the years. 1. Delta Goodrem - 296 2. The Corrs - 295 3. Shakira - 174 4. Christina Aguilera - 111 5. ATB - 106 6. Alice Deejay - 82 7. Take That - 76 8. Kelly Llorenna - 74 9. Sarah McLachlan - 72 10. Kelly Clarkson - 69 =11. Kylie Minogue - 65 =11. Atomic Kitten - 65 13. Lady GaGa - 63 =14. Missy Higgins - 50 23. Sophie Ellis-Bextor - 48 24. Alphabeat - 46 =25. Eiffel 65 - 44 =25. Alcazar - 44 =27. Katy Perry - 36 =27. Fragma - 36 =27. Sara Bareilles - 36 30. Cascada - 35 31. Lena Meyer-Landrut - 18 50. Timbaland - 17 Rihanna and Leona Lewis were both just outside on 16 points only and would be about 40-ish and 20-ish respectively based on opinion :o

May 7, 201114 yr I can't think up a top 10, so a top 5 will do: 1 - Rihanna Only a few of her singles have been disapointing, otherwise she is perfect and keeps coming with great tunes. A few years ago Green Day would have been no.1 but she's overtook due to her Loud album 2 - Green Day 'American Idiot' is one amazing album. I'm no album person but they are amazing. I also have their "International Superhits" which has lots of songs pre-AI and their "Bullet In A Bible" live album full of all their greatest stuff. Rock bands will sadly never be like GD nowadays 3 - The Black Eyed Peas Again, single material has been great from Where Is The Love right up to Just Can't Get Enough with only a few disappointments 4 - Michael Jackson I got into his music after he died, he has so many great songs and I downloaded lots of them. RIP 5 - Lady GaGa She has done so much in little time, her best songs ever (right now) are BR, PF and BTW. "Just Dance" was a bit of fun pop but "Poker Face" was when I really loved her songs. If she can be successful in years to come, she might stay on this chart in a few years time. Missing out, in no particular order: My Chemical Romance This is for The Black Parade album, I'm not a fan of their other stuff Fedde le Grand For his 3 excellent songs. if I had charts in 2006, "Put Your Hands Up For Detroit" probably would have been year end number one Queen Because they're a classic band and have lots of great songs Yolanda Be Cool & D Cup They're here because of the amazing "We No Speak Americano" that topped the charts and was my year end number one. D Cup also remixed a Yolanda Be Cool track called "Afronuts" which I also love, I purposely didn't chart Afronuts because it wasn't a "proper" single, I found it on a compilation (The Annual 2011) [and also so that they'd be a one hit wonder :kink:]. I have however recently charted some dance songs that did nothing chartwise (Teed and Basto!) but they both had single releases and Basto! had promotion on Scott Mills' friday night show which is how I found that song. Let's try and forget that a YBC&DC remix of a Jazzbit song charted with me, somehow breaking the chart rules. That song is not on YBC&DC's discography making them only have one hit.
