July 5, 201014 yr I thought he fell? One of them got sent to hospital in an ambulance afterwards - not sure what though. :lol:He probs did fall. But I was too busy texting one of my mates (who is a massive Jedward fan - I'm not even joking, 3 versions of 'Under Pressure', makes his own badges, pre-ordered the album THREE times! :mellow:) I was too much in a high of them getting booed and missed it :lol: And the one who sprained his ankle got taken to hospital. I must give him credit where it's due in the fact he carried on even though he was clearly in pain. :lol:
July 6, 201014 yr Oh no, John definitely crowd dived. Edward was the one who hurt himself and it looked like it was just from dancing as he randomly collapsed. Shame, he's actually the less unsufferable one of the two. :( From what I saw of this on TV, and what Liam's told me of being there, I'm so glad I sold my wristbands. The only ones I thought sounded good on TV were Kelis and a few I don't really like, like Iyaz, Scouting For Girls and N-Dubz. Even Alexandra was disappointing. Apparently she was in person as well and he didn't have anything good to say about Kelis or Ellie either. (the three I most wanted to see) :( His highlights were Scouting For Girls and apparently Jason Derulo was the best performer. Apparently it's all bit fake an unnatural. Being told to cheer wildly because the cameras were coming or to make it look like the crowd was into the act for TV. Oh and apparently introducing Iyaz after he'd already performed, for TV? I don't think I'd really enjoy that. It seems to be a TV show first, then a music gig.

I went a couple years back and I was highly disappointed with most of the performances, the only thing i enjoyed was seeing Miquita, Steve and Alexa. The little stage however was a lot more enjoyable.

That's the thing that sorta let it down for me too, was how controlling they were on us. It was like, we bought tickets to see these acts, so we're not exactly not going to cheer when they come on are we? That was probably the biggest downside for me but I was too busy in seeing the acts as I really enjoyed most of them. The game which involved the crowd was extremely fun too. But yeah, I appreciated my time there so much, it was good fun. Dunno if I'd go next year though, but I definitely want to go to a proper festival as I loved the atmosphere and feel of it all.
July 7, 201014 yr I was there too- and yes, Jason Derulo was very good, he got the biggest cheers after JLS- and worked the crowd well, although he didnt sound great singing It was a great concert, as no acts were disappointing- I actually thought Jedward got more cheers than boos (I was cheering of course) I thought something might have happened though- I feel sorry for them both :( The acts that were best imo were Jason Derulo, N-Dubz and Scouting for Girls- JLS were pretty good too, although they didnt really do much different except shout 'T4!' every so often- yet they still got huge cheers and everyone singing along <_< I was so happy I got to see Diana live, as I didnt got to the sessions stage and I thought Id miss her- she was OK, but Im just happy I got to see her :wub: - the camera coming up halfway through her singing interrupted her though :( Overall, a very good (if tiring) event :)
