February 6, 201114 yr My Thoughts... 01 - Dilba; Try Again - I loved this song, I thought it was quite mainstream.. but her performance was horrid She looked bored! And she needed more power in her vocals.. 4/10 02 - Swingfly; Me and my Drum - I didn't like the Lead Singers Vocals.. but I loved the Chorus! I knew this would probably goto the finals.. It won't win if it does. 6/10 03 - Jenny Silver; Something In Your Eyes - I LOVE IT! HOW GAY! HOW ABBA! 8/10 04 - Jonas Matsson; On My Own - Again something more Mainstream.. Would do great in the States.. but I hated it.. 3/10 05 - Le Kid; Oh My God - if Aqua, The cast of Glee and Same Difference ever had a baby - THIS IS WHAT IT WOULD BE.. I was looking forward to this song - It was a letdown I guess.. but not as much as Danny's song.. 7/10 06 - Rasmus Viberg; Social Butterfly - I loved it.. Total rip off of Fairytale from a few years back.. but I liked it! 7/10 07 - Pernilla Andersson; Desperados - Really? This f***ing made it to the Second Chance?! This is trash they wouldn't even let on Country Radio Stations in the USA... NEXT! 0/10 08 - Danny; In The Club - Was a major letdown.. I was expecting so much more.. February 7, 201114 yr I wonder how long it will be before Le Kid give up now... Apart from a loyal internet contingent, nobody seems to care about them - they've been around for two years, not had a sniff of a hit single in Sweden, let alone anywhere else and don't look set to break out anywhere anytime soon, certainly not after this latest setback. At least the likes of Alcazar and Alphabeat can still score hits at home, even if the rest of the world's forgotten about them now, but Le Kid haven't even got that :( Never fear, Oh My God is #1 on Swedish iTunes! Hurrah!! :cheer:

I downloaded all of the 2002-2006 albums from that blog last night, this track came on and I thought 'this sounds like the voice of a mature lady' so I youtubed it and they're even more mature than I thought :heehee: Didn't one of these old bags pop up in the Norway vs. Sweden interval act last year?

They don't have a chance to buy the top 4 songs yet, plus I don't think Jonas Matsson is available. And god knows what's going on with Rasmus Viberg. I personally thought it was getting way more hype than it deserved (please can people stop re-hashing Fairytale now) but even I'm surprised to see it not top 20! Le Kid are back at #1 now! :D
