Posted July 30, 201014 yr Based in the USA but seems to be aimed at the UK as they do an old UK chart several times a week. 24 hours a day, 50's to early 80's. Nothing after about 1984. Also some shows for just 70's, just 80's etc. All the big hits and some lesser known tracks too. Had it playing for a few days after downloading Windows Media Player like it says. http://www.atlanticoldies.com/index.php?op...8&Itemid=93 Edited July 30, 201014 yr by Common Sense
August 2, 201014 yr Author They even play Gary Glitter too. :o Heard a few of his big hits these last few days. It's a great station as you never know what type of song's coming next and from what decade. Their site displays the last few tracks played. Edited August 2, 201014 yr by Common Sense
August 2, 201014 yr One of the posters from BuzzJack (Dave Taylor) is involved in the Retro Chart Shows that Richard Todd presents on Atlantic Oldies 2NG. It's quite a decent station.
August 2, 201014 yr Author One of the posters from BuzzJack (Dave Taylor) is involved in the Retro Chart Shows that Richard Todd presents on Atlantic Oldies 2NG. Heard yesterday's, 1964. It's only 2 hours so they must either fade songs or skip some when it's a later year as they're longer singles.
August 4, 201014 yr Talking of ‘oldies stations’, I do hope ‘Absolute 80s’ will one day get around to playing another a-ha record that is not “Take On Me”. It would be nice to find “Train Of Thought” or “You Are The One” on their playlist for once. Loz
