September 14, 201014 yr It really puts me off when she says $h!t "I wanna thank my gays". She just tries to hard, using homosexuality to help build her success.
September 14, 201014 yr It really puts me off when she says $h!t "I wanna thank my gays". She just tries to hard, using homosexuality to help build her success. I'm not quite sure I understand you. Homosexuality isn't a tool, so how exactly can she use it to build anything? She realises that the majority of her fanbase is probably made up of the LGBT community, and she appreciates the support she gets from them. I don't find comments such as that offensive or condescending, I know what she's trying to say, and it's refreshing to have an artist that at least acknowledges the fact that the gay community is a huge part of her success.
September 14, 201014 yr Completely agree with you Paul, it's so nice that she isn't scared to say things like that, I love here even more than before and that was ALOT!
September 15, 201014 yr She has made it more then apparent, it's becoming almost like a parody. Oh here comes Lady GaGa, coming to talk about the gays... what's new.
September 15, 201014 yr She has made it more then apparent, it's becoming almost like a parody. Oh here comes Lady GaGa, coming to talk about the gays... what's new. completely agree with this. i'd consider myself quite a big fan but she's seeming a bit try hard recently. when she says stuff like 'this is for the gays' or whatever and goes on about how her and the gays are outcasts all the time i don't think it really helps their cause really especially when most just want to be treated equally. plus she does realise that she has a lot of female and straight fans doesn't she?
September 15, 201014 yr i agree with the becoming a parody of herself thing, i mean a meat dress? really?
