To demonstrate how $h!t this series is. Any real BB fan would not be enjoying this series.

Sam - I liked him until he never nominated John James and Josie, all talk no action

But he's getting on with Josie and John James now, after a bad start. Had he been allowed to nominate last week, he would have nominated them

This series is the worst one ever there is no debate and it is just going to continue to get worse.

 

So BB4 was a better series than this years? :huh: I think not. What a ridiculous thing to say.

 

If you don't like this series, don't watch it. Rant's like that are completely pointless... <_<

I think this series has been the best one tbh... :)

This series started off well I think, we had a fairly likeable set of housemates, a majority of which provided us which entertainment and a couple of interesting storylines. This is still the case but definatly not to the same extent, the Josie/John James romance has taken up too much airtime, and therefore they both now have too many fans for any eviction to be considered fair.

There's no doubt that John was resposnible for the eviction of Rachael in the first week, and again with Rachel and probably Jo too. This evalutes what wrong with Big Brother really, 12 year olds liking John James because of his looks. With the possible exceptions of the weeks Govan and Sunshine left, the public havent chosen the evictee wisely in my opinion.

Things were obviously not helped by Keeley, Caoimhe and Shabby leaving but this has definatly failed to live up to it's potential. I dont think its the worst series we've had though, BB8 and BB4 were much worse and so was last year actually.

 

Jo is a mighty fine exampe of what went wrong this year. The public are given a brilliant housemate, and when she goes up against captain blando-kidneys and two numpties who both should have been evicted weeks back, who gets evicted? Oh yeah, the independant thinking black woman who dared to not adore crabeyes.

Worst series along with 4 and 8 imo. Truly dire. Won't be watching it properly until the final and then maybe the all stars series too.

I'm barely watching it. However, I am keeping an eye on it as I will be watching All Stars. And these rants are not highly pointless as it demonstrates why the show has gone to the $h!tter, from imbecile voters voting out the best housemates to keep people like Andrew, Dave, JJ and John James who add nothing to the house. If you are enjoying this series since Shabby left then clearly you enjoy watching weeks upon weeks of a boring fake and pathetic relationship.

Even better than Big Brother 2? It may have been in the early days of Big Brother, but that was a sensational series where housemates were actually interesting and entertaining and the programme was actually an experiment.

 

 

I totally agree that this year went down hill after Shabby and Caoimhe left and the John-James/Josie romance started. Too many tedious characters have been kept in also. I think maybe if it was a vote to save rather than a vote to evict, we might have kept some of the more interesting characters - last year proved that when Hira went during a vote to save. Had it been a vote to evict that week, she'd probably have been there until the final.

Why haven't they done a vote to save yet? I do wonder surely they would make a fortune from all the Josie and John James stalkers and we would lose a boring character in the process.

 

BB2, BB5 and BB7 are clearly the best to suggest this one is the best is just bizarre.

Aww I was quite gutted when Hira left last year, she was one of very few vaguely likeable people in that year. I agree though regarding vote to save, we certaintly could have gotten rid of Dave earlier.

 

The first 3-4 weeks of this series, were brilliant in my opinion. And even in the run-up to Ife & Caoimhe's departures I still would have called it one of the better seasons. It's only in the past couple of weeks it's gone downhil at quite a massive rate.

 

BB3 and BB5 were my favourites, and I enjoyed BB6, BB9 and BB7 too having not watched the first two.

No it doesn't, that's your opinon of the show. I have quite enjoyed this series, I don't think it's been the best yet but definitely not the worst.

Whether you like John James or not he has been quite a controversial housemate with his constant arguments and bitching, which is what people want to watch. I have no interest in Big Brother "romances" and couldn't care less about him and Josie's relationship.

 

Every year I'm annoyed that the great housemates are voted out and the boring and useless housemates are left in till the end. This year was obviously not going to be any different. I think the last couple of weeks of the show are always a little boring as the good housemates have been voted out and the ones left are just looking forward to the show to finish.

Just because u think someone's boring dont mean other people do, IMO John, Josie, Dave and Sam are the best in there.

I think this series has been good as we have kept the entertaining HMs in right up until the end and the deadwood out- people can hate John James all they want, but he adds a lot to the house

 

Jo may be liked on here, but she is awfully boring - and as shown last night, bitter and bitchy - she needs to go and she sealed her fate last night, for gods sake, she doesnt even want to be there

 

With the exception of Steve (who is there mainly for his disability) the only truly boring HMs left are JJ and Jo- Jo should go this week and JJ could well be out seeing he was up this week

 

2009 was disastrous as we lost brilliant characters like Freddie and Marcus way to early- and we were left with bores like Lisa and David in the final week
