I'm glad alot of Usher's material is getting some sales as well! Even though he was slightly dissapointing performing!

Where are the X Factor finalists' songs? I heard they were available to download this year.

iTunes announced they won't be appearing in their or any charts.

Next Weeks X Factor has

Cheryl Cole and Rihanna On Perez Hilton

Ohhhhh, chart battle here we come! Cheryl will probably get it but didnt we all think Leona would get it over BEP.

Cheryl has it in the bag, rihanna has had no video airplay etc

I wouldn't be certain to be honest. I haven't heard Promise This once, while I've heard Only Girl on the radio about 5 times (only heard it in full once though, the other times I just heard the intro and then I had to turn the radio off for various reasons ) and there just seems to be more hype around OG(ITW) than PT. Another FY/Shame situation.

OT: Only Girl sounds like a carbon copy of Sexy Bitch with female vocals and less, er, offensive lyrics, is it a D Guetta production? I know 'Who's That Chick' is.

I don't get this, if people can pay to download an X Factor finalist's performance, why is it not eligible for the charts? I wonder how well those performances are actually selling, i guess we'll never know will we?!

Simon has asked for them not to appear. You'd know who was likely to win, and it would affect the betting.

iTunes has been known to mess up, so I do expect the performances to appear in the iTunes rundown at some point, and they'll be removed just as quickly

When I first heard the song the first things that came to my head were "Example" and "Roll Deep". Unfortunately, the US haven't had the delight of hearing their music, so Rihanna's song probably seems more unique to them, whilst it sounds like a standard British song to us.

Nadine Coyle's planned guest performance on The X Factor has been scrapped, according to a source.

MTV reports that the singer, who was rumoured to be performing her new solo single 'Insatiable' on the show, has been replaced by Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am.

"The X Factor wants only the biggest names and stars to perform. This is a show which gets up to 20 million viewers watching every week, the show doesn't need third-rate performers and flop acts," a source said.

"Nadine was originally being considered for a slot, however bosses decided they could get more famous singers," the insider concluded.

Not like an X-Factor performance would help her solo-career or anything.

Off she goes with the other flops

If that's true, then Cheryl will be singing on the show twice.
