The rules have changed so much that it is right to get clarification

 

The rules were originally random teams for each member to avoid the prospect of cliques being all in the same team then it was changed to people could join who they want then it was changed to cliques can be allowed (James/Chris/Nicky/Harve clique for instance) then there were waiting lists bought in and changed at random, then a 20 member per group cut off point was bought in, there has been more rule changes and stuff bought in on the hoof than Katie Price has had boob expansions so it is right to seek clarification of the rules as you change them so often ;)

We did say when we opened the thread that we were starting off with random assignment - one, to avoid cliques, and two, until the joining up slowed down a little - we didn't want a scenario where everyone applied to join one team in the first minute - but that we would later allow people to choose. Waiting lists worked with two or so people, but when we had five people wanting to be in Toxic Champagne, it got a bit ridiculous, so we had to randomly assign some members.

 

20 members per group is hardly a rule change per se. It's something the mods all agreed on as it was felt too many members might dilute a big point of teams - i.e. getting to know each other better.

 

So I make that...uh, what, one change?

 

A clique of three people is hardly that damaging in a team of 20 (I wouldn't really include Harve in there) - we were more aiming to split cliques of 6+ people.
