Nice to see McFly on the A list. Hasn't happened for a while, has it? Hasn't happened a lot in the past with their singles if my memory isn't playing up.

The last one was One for the radio and i think only that and Fiver Colours in her hair was on the A play list

I watched the video on Rob's site. The video is good (in fact ... I really like it). The song on its own however (I like it ... even though I wanted to hate it) is certainly NOT single material.

 

Maybe Howard, Mark and Jason were the talented ones in the band. :lol:

it doesn't matter if they do anyway. Start without you is getting good promotion on music channels and radio and it will probably get to number one without radio 1 support. Imo it's only competition is drummer boy but start without you is pissin' all over drummer boy in terms of promotion and more people are beggining to like start without you because of the video. Look at all night long. It was number one on the UK airplay chart, reached number four and didn't get radio 1 support.

I think if the fake version of Start without You can get to 142 on itunes and commercial radio are supporting the song Alex does not need R1.It will be interesting though if she does get to No 1 whether she will be in the studio with Reggie when he announces it.R1 have really turned on her with a vengence she has not even had any R1 interviews this time around.

Hope Linkin Park do well but I imagine the album sales will be good while the single may just go Top 40.Surprised Alesha is B list she has been played far more than McFly and Linkin Park by R1.

About Rihanna... really? But anyway, UK is so slow at times with getting new music into the stores / charts, I think we'll definitely wait for it at least for two-three months when it's available here. :lol:

It does seem very quick. But if she already has new strong material, and enough of it to fill an album, there's no need to wait. In a way I'm glad, because I didn't really like "Rated R" so I'm glad that she's moving on quickly, and I hope this album will be better :P
