...are none other than Australian sister duo Sister2Sister! Anyone remember these girls? They had a top 20 SMASH in 2000 here with the wonderful Sister, which I bought and still own on single  I read somewhere that the older one was dating J from 5ive once too, either that or she just said he was 'hot' I think they supported them on tour here. Good to know they're still in the music business, as the younger one has a really strong voice in my opinion. Reminisce (or not as nobody will probably remember this #18 sensation)...

Takes me right back to Year 8

They're still together as a duo technically, and run a 'school of singing': http://www.sister2sister.com.au/

I have never heard this song!

The kids sitcom Sister Sister though, yes

Well yes, that was amazing too - Lisa Laaaaaaaaandry

But this song is ridiculously great, in the most awful way possible obviously! Australia used to come up with such great pop/dance around the turn of the century - you know, besides the usual Neighbours exports - Gina G, Madison Avenue, Vanessa Amorosi, Sister2Sister, Puretone etc...

Puretone were my lifeline through Primary & High School. Back when i was ashamed of my music taste Addicted To Bass was my favourite track and they were my fav artist [Pre-AWDF ATB was indeed my fave track tho ]

I actually preferred Stuck In A Groove :o Besides Delta it was almost literally the only single I bought in 200$hit3

Great song and video, and rewarded with a UK chart peak of #26 or something

She loves her high speed car chases  Another one of her songs was on the soundtrack to Hating Alison Ashley, Green Eyed World I think it was called. Brilliant song  and nicely linking this topic back to Delta :funky:

It adds to the effect, if I was chasing around disused warehouses all day long I'd practice my double foot braking too :heehee: I more or less do anyway sometimes, my feet are always hovering close to the clutch, as I'm always driving around small towns up here with loads of roundabouts and turns. Only on the motorway do I bother leaving my left foot elsewhere :heehee: 70 miles cruising in the same gear - nothing easier!

My foot is like constantly hovering over the clutch too  Unlike me mums new Corsa my Clio has a foot rest

I have never driven around that area, but i think i may have to venture down there sometime to see Family i haven't seen in forever.

I just did Glasgow and back, lots of 7085mph cruising.

I'd love a foot rest! Problem with mine is that the foot well is far too small considering the car is massive, and I've been known to get my trainers stuck momentarily :drama: Not good when you need to brake soon!

Yeah you should, I've been here 3 weeks now and settled in fine! It's really friendly up here actually, and the ratio of gingers is much higer than down south so I don't feel so out of place :kink:

I love crusing for ages at 70(+) as there's basically nothing to it, plus it uses hardly any petrol :cheer:

Really? wow. My car is small, but surprisingly large. Very spacious compared to the old Clio. I know that makes no sense lol

I know, i'd love to drive down there on my own. There is more of you gingers the the further north you go :kink:

My mpg dropped from 33.9 to 33.6 which is like diabolical for a 1.4

It's bizarre, the rest of the car is huge - put it this way, I fit about 8 large full boxes and 10 big bags full of stuff in when I moved up here, no problem AND I could even still see out of the back window :funky:

It wasn't a bad drive up from Brighton but I had to contend with both the M25 and the M6, which are surely the two worst motorways around :drama: I can see that, I heard it's like 10-15% in Scotland which is huge :o Down South the ginger/anything else ratio is like 1/50 maybe, at most  I haven't encountered one insult yet here in 3 weeks, whereas I had about 10 a day down there, so I just assume it must be much more commonplace up here. And looking around me, that theory seems to be quite true.

I got a bike in the back of my car with the seats folded :funky: I had to sit closer to the wheel tho, felt like being in my mums Corsa or the old Clio so not too bad.

The M8 and the A92. The latter being one of Scotland's most dangerous roads.

It is an insane number up here  there are a fair few.

Impressive! I sit pretty close to the wheel to be honest, I hate being too far back as I don't feel like I can react quick enough if my legs have further to go - strange I know

Ah right, not exactly 'different' for you up in Scotland then, we're a rare breed in Brighton! I don't feel so special here - I don't know if that's a good or bad thing!

I sit as far away as possible, but i have long legs so i need to sit as far back as the chair will allow me to. I love my driving position, so comfy.

Not exactly, but gingers still get the p*** taken out of them up here.

Everyone's unique in some way
