Much as I think people are maybe going a tad OTT with the recent spate in animal cruelty, I don't think you can make light of it JUST BECAUSE it's not as bad as the Iraq situation. One crime doesn't negate all others.

I really abhor animal cruelty like that, people who do that to defenseless and innocent animals deserve a really harsh punishment. I'm not the biggest fan of dogs but that's sick.

Actually - if you read Scott's first post in this thread he didn't. All he said was he felt the same way about Tony Blair. It was other posters who took him up on it and he merely extrapolated.

Id rather have another 100 Iraquis killed again over something like this with the dog happening again to be honest. Dogs dying upset me a lot more. I've got mates who are vegans, but there's none of them who would come up with the sheer amount of utter sh"te you've written on this thread, and they're all very much into animal welfare and against cruelty (I dislike cruelty to animals, but I put it into PERSPECTIVE, unlike you who is incapable of it).... But they respect human life as much as they dislike cruelty, you however are the opposite to everything a true vegan and animal welfare activist is...
