It will be No.1 because it is by Cheryl Cole. The actual quality is irrelevant.

 

It looks like she will be using a lot of sound effects - distorted vocals etc.

- on a lot of her Singles, to hide the fact that she does not actually have a

great voice.

 

Another reason why it will be No.1 is because her mate Simon will ensure

that she gets to promote it on 'X Factor'. After all, we are all supposed to

see her as 'The Nation's Sweetheart'. Umm! I'd like a National Poll on THAT one!

 

I think it is a very mediocre Single.

 

I bet she has about 15 to 25 Dancers with her on stage, ('X Factor'), to try to

distract from the fact that she's either miming, or trying to sing 'Live' - or with

Autotune! (The joke being that she has the nerve to judge other people's LIVE

Singing on the Show! What a farce it all is. LOL!).

I voted #1. I agree that Fight For This Love was overrated. 3 Words, however, was fantastic, but nobody seemed to give about it. :(

 

'3 Words' was unlistenable and awful, and this is almost as bad.

 

Most likely #1, though I can hope and pray not.

An obvious #1 for the fame whore who is a Russian spy, gives money to Combat 18 and killed an endangered tiger. (That would be printed as news in the Middle East)

I've listened to it about 20 times and love it now!

it's a grower. first listen wasn't too sure. it's different and risky, but great!

Top 3 defo. I don't like some parts (but it's just the intro one) of the song though.

Awful song. It's a 100% rip off of "TCIA" JLS and I've lost all credility for her cause this is crap :angry:

Listening to this song, it definitely has a "2010" sound but like others have posted, the backing track is perhaps a bit too slick and polished. Verses are a mess but the chorus is ok. I'm not hating this on first listen but I'm certainly not thinking "whoa, tune!" either.

 

Assuming Cheryl performs "exclusively" on The X Factor, then I think we already know what's going to be no. 1 on 31st October 2010.

i totally agree with you.

 

it will go number 1 because its cheryl cole and she will perform it on the x factor but it wont sell as many as fftl for sure

It's quite catchy but I'm not as hooked yet as I was with FFTL. #1 regardless though. Don't think it will sell as hugely though.

Like people have said, it's good that she has gone for a riskier track. It's alright, probably a grower.

I love all four of her solo singles so far. I sound like a right loon :lol: I never got the 'overrated' accusations of Fight For This Love, the 'ear rape' accusations of 3 Words and the 'bland' accusations of Parachute. All were fantastic for me, and completely different from one another.

 

This will be a #1 and I predict opening sales of 170k max, 120k min.

Can't stand how far the release is. Going to be all over radio for 5 weeks before it's even out.

 

Different to what I was expecting. More bearable than FFTL.
