September 28, 201014 yr I can't believe that none of the Taio Cruz or RedOne tracks have made the album! Did they have to pay extra to include them in the album? Shayne also says in that DS interview that there will probably only be ten tracks - we know there is at least one cover and I've a horrible feeling there will be more. Can't believe it after nearly three years! Such shoddy treatment from Syco and such a letdown for fans. It's so obvious that Shayne should be doing R&B/pop - why on earth is he covering Nikelback? Shayne's 'progress' since winning X Factor is like a handbook on how to mismanage a career. (The pictures are very nice though).

October 4, 201014 yr Well obviously Syco want to ensure he flops! Really there's no other explanation for getting him to release a cover after three years of NOTHING and then release his stuff at the same time as their other bigger selling artists. No sane label would consider it if they wanted their artist to stand a chance would they? Maybe I'm wrong and it's part of a well thoughtout plan, but it seems very risky. October 8, 201014 yr I quite like this more I hear it :) Westlife and subo hardly massive threats, album wise yes but not single wise, and going up against big artists only prevents a great peak, doesnt stop high sales..probably boosts them due to the 'battle'. October 8, 201014 yr It's a bit of a slap in the face for poor Shayne, being given a cover to release as lead single. Third albums are usually the one's to really establish a singer's identity and after a 3-year break you'd expect him to come back with a really strong and fresh single to help do that. Hopefully the album is good though as he's one of my favourite X factor people and has a lot of potential.
