Anyway back on topic Take That will beat Westlife (albums), lose to the X Factor Finalists 2010 (singles) and JLS will get a no.1 (singles and albums)

agreed its hard to see it goin any other way really

TT will get the no1 album no matter who they r up against, x factor finalists usually get the no1 no matter how bad the song is and now that JLS dont have to fight TT it seems they have no real competition for the no 1

Haha. Take That are chickening out of the battle with JLS.

Don't be so ignorant.

JLS WONT have a number one album as Gary said today on Radio 1 the preoders are HUGE.. they could easily beat Oasis record actually. The second week will be just as strong as their first week( i reckon +300k), Jls wont do more than 200k anyway. In the album battle they dont stand a chance... As for the single The Flood, i am worried because of Xfactor.. but then again,as Gary said, the demand is enormous they had to move their release date. We'll see what happens.

Don't be so ignorant.

How is it 'ignorant' to make note of the fact Take That have moved their release week?

Anyway, I can see The Flood beating Heroes TBH - YANA did a lot worse than Hero and that trend should continue this year.

How is it 'ignorant' to make note of the fact Take That have moved their release week?

Jls have nothing to do with their decision. Gary said himself that they moved it because of demand.

And with the documentary and Xfactor performance on November,14 the album will be absolutely massive.. Not sure about the single though.. but it's strong enough to compete with Xfactor song, I guess.

according to my friends facebook newsfeed westlife have now changed their release date to the 22nd

looks like the chart battle is now between JLS and Westlife

So the battle is off?

the JLS v TT battle is

TT are releasing their album on 15th and JLS is on the 22nd

dunno if the westlife album release date change has been confirmed just what my friend told me

westlife is supposed to be 15th but it may have been changed

About Westlife,it's true: their album is out November 22, single- November 15.

Westlife are so pathetic, its sick.. why would they change their dates? As if they stand a chance against Jls anyway. They shouldn't even bother.

i agree JLS will beat them changing the date seems pontless

I just knew this would happen. Louis Walsh is so predictable. They will still lose though. They should push it back a further week - or better yet a few years.

so no battle then?

well, that makes it easier to predict  Take That will easily beat Westlife in the albums and JLS should get a number 1 the week after too

on the singles, The Flood unfortunately will lose to the X Factor Finalists, but Love You More will get number 1 the next week

so no battle then?

Westlife have moved their release date back too, so it will be Westlife vs. JLS in both singles and albums

So I presume the XF guests on the day of LYM's release will be Westlife and JLS then.

(Plus possibly a third act, as we're getting 3 this week)

Apparently The X Factor single has been moved to 21st November.

LOL, then noone want to go against the mighty Take That? Or everybody is poised to beat JLS?

Seriously, why did Westlife change the release date anyway? They don't have a better chance for chart position....IF they were alone against TT they could have done No2, in the week with JLS and TT, they can make it only to 3 or 4 , if Susan does well.

But can Susan Boyle beat Take That?

But can Susan Boyle beat Take That?

She's releasing on 8th,so i highly doubt. TT will do a double whammy.

Take That will do better, JLS's formula has worked out.

I don't think so. The JLS fan generation is not grown up to search for new artists. They will have 3-4 years more and is up to them to become "classic" or just " the band from my youth days".
