You should speak to black people Danny, a number of black people I know find the idea of an inter racial relationship and a mixed race baby or diluted black baby abhorrent, such people are cast as traitors and "uncle tom's" etc, even blacks are by and large against their cultural and physical identity being eroded

We all have the same body parts, the thing that identifies us, our "badge" so to speak is our skin colour, I believe our identity is our skin colour, blacks should be proud to be black, asians should be proud to be asian whites should be proud to be white etc, it is our skin that sets us apart from one another as under the skin we are all the same

I am all in favour of mixing but it is natural for say an immigrant coming in from Bangladesh to go and live in Southall or someone coming in from the Carribean to go and live in Brixton or someone coming in from Israel to go and live in Golders Green, they feel safest among their own people, it is human nature, that is why when Brits go and live in Spain they don't go live next door to Carlos they go and live among fellow expats, I have no issue with that, people feel safety in numbers and a black or muslim or asian or white person living in their own community is perfectly normal, would be nice if everyone mixed but if they don't then so be it

Just because in your experience you know a few black people against interracial breeding doesn't mean that blacks are most against it. I think there's a flaw to your point anyway, in that there are huge numbers of single black women (I believe it's quite a prominent problem in America, but I think it's also one over here - it certainly gets the odd bit of media coverage every time the Census rolls around) - why? Because many black men go for white women over black women and many white men don't return the favour. A clear disconnect there between your theory and reality.

Why does it need to retain its physical identity - why is that such a good thing? You don't need a pure physical identity to have a cultural one - has everyone in Italian being Moorish changed their cultural identity?
