Posted September 12, 201014 yr I believe this is the other song on Rob's album for which Gary has written the music and Rob the lyrics. From the tiny snippet it is miles better than Shame. kcewhDDhrG8 Kath
October 1, 201014 yr Author Song was played on the Ken Bruce show today for the first time. Skip to 38 and a bit minutes! http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b00tw...ruce_01_10_2010 A massive improvement on Shame. Faith restored a little in Robbie Barlow's writing ability. Kath
October 1, 201014 yr Author Maybe it was a shame somebody didn't knock their heads together earlier on! This isn't too bad. Kath
October 1, 201014 yr Is this a joint Rob/Gaz composition as well? Bet that YouTube link will be removed soon. <_<
October 2, 201014 yr I like this one :) :cheer: . But it will go unnoticed if it is not a single (given Robbie will be in TT that is not really possible) in an album of dozens of songs. It is a bit U2-ish, isn't it? And it is not a song or melody I would expect Gary to write, but that may mean the fab5 will have some surprize songs in the album. (which would be a great start) @ Kath: it looks as if Rob has caught your eye at last! You even search and listen to his album songs (and like them).. :P :naughty: Edited October 2, 201014 yr by 7heDreamer

As you indicate ... promotion is going to be a bit of a tight fit ... but to be honest ... any overlapping publicity is good anyway ... it means he can kill two birds with one stone. Kath Next single? Thank god! And yes I also believe cross-promotion (and sales) of Rob's album & single together with TT's will benefit both acts. It is going to be 50 really busy days for both! (and interesting for us to watch)
October 2, 201014 yr Thanks be to God Robbie Williams is back, this song was really worth waiting for :cheer: Lyrically I think it was written before he went back to rehab in 2007
October 2, 201014 yr I think the song's great :yahoo: The begining reminds me of another song
October 2, 201014 yr I think he's another of those artists I like second singles by more than a first, I didn't really like Bodies but I LOVED You Know Me  And Shame is, well, shamefully dull, but this sounds amazing
October 2, 201014 yr And it's beginning of this song: H5vMdmajxFY I like this song a lot! Better then Shame. Can't wait to hear better version of it, where I'll hear all the instruments perfectly. If somebody get that better version, feel free to send it to me. :P Edited October 2, 201014 yr by Nada

October 3, 201014 yr Really like 'Heart & I' - it is miles better than 'Shame' and sounds much more like a Robbie track. A very IC-era sound to the melody and a mixture between 'Ghosts' and 'Don't Stop Talking' - obviously unlike 'Shame' he didnt just write the lyrics to this one and that is something that is obvious. Gaz's music suits the track well and I assume it was produced by Stuart Price considering it has a Killer type of vibe to it with a hint of U2 as well? Some great lyrics on this track as well I have to say - classic Rob. I too assume it is about going back to rehab. Overall the music, melody and lyrics are all vastly superior to Shame so well done to Rob and Gaz for proving they don't just come up with bland tosh. I am however shocked that it is being released as a single though considering he will be well underway promoting the TT single and album by the time it is released is I assume late November/Early December. Is he planning on promoting it at the same time? I kind of hope it is not released if he is going to do little to no promo due to being busy with TT and this track just like Morning Sun does not deserve to reach a low position in the charts. October 3, 201014 yr Robbie and Gary were on the radio this evening, I may of misheard but I thought Robbie said that Shame is going to be the only single realeased from his album.
