I think it's an official goodbye for Joe to #1. The song got the massive boost just after the X-Factor, but now isn't rising so sharply. I can see it stalling at #3 (behind Bruno and combined Cee-Lo) and then falling out quite quickly. Duck Sauce could even get the highest new entry instead of him this week.

I love how the top 2 are tracks that have been out for a couple of weeks already :lol:

Joe's performance was very bad tonight. I couldn't work out if it was mimed or live or both. Plus good God he sounds gayer everytime I hear him speak. It was like lisp-o-rama.

Joe mimed, his voice can't drop that low ? Usher was alright tbh! I'm gutted Diana is performing next week, i used to like her now i despise her!

Joe did sing live, you could hear him breathing at points and I personally think he did an amazing job. You can't fault his vocals and he sang it so well. Great performance.

 

Upset about Usher, what was that?! He WASN'T even singing. Really disappointed in him.

I can't believe how badly the Ting Tings are doing - I thought it was the *strongest* of this weeks new releases. :cry:

So iTunes hasn't updated at all since 2:30am. Hopefully it'll look quite a bit different when I get back from school.

 

The Barbra Streisand EP is still at #2, I hope Duck Sauce can still get the highest new entry this week, but it now looks like Cee Lo will stay #1. Pixie and Michael both seem to have stalled so neither are likely to go top 10 now, but you never know...

All you Pixie Lott fans should be happier with where she is! I have to see The Ting Tings be at #31!!! So furious with all the music channels that didn't play the video! :snif:

Cee-Lo still comfortably ahead overall, unless "Forget You" drops alarmingly Joe can say goodbye to #1 and even then he'd have to overtake Bruno which isn't a foregone conclusion.

Disaster for Joe, mid-low top ten is looking possible here :o

 

This does basically prove that despite everyone's 'X Factor dominates the #1 spot completely' moaning, a lot of X Factor performance's are purely well timed, and although they help songs out - they can't lift a non-starter into being a huge hit (see Mariah and Shakira from last year). The likes of Bleeding Love, Bad Boys and Fight For This Love would have been monster hits anyway, X Factor just helped their cause along somewhat.

Joe is #5 on my iTunes!

 

He was on mine too ... even Rob and Gary have gone ahead of him at 3.
