What has caused the flood's upserge?

gone down to 59p on itunes and the live dvd coming up etc

Its Irish success at present is not occuring in the UK, i thought hand in hand if both were the same price it would climb in the UK too.

yeah, and its doing ok on iTunes, around the 105-120 mark last time i checked.

Thats good, sales are sales, the flood will definitly manage 500,000+ sales which is great.

I wish they would get the BPI certifications brought up to date! BW should be 10x platinum, Never Forget collection should be 7x platinum, Greatest Day Live should be double platinum

 

single wise, patience should has sold over 600k so it should be platinum, Shine has sold over 400k so should be gold, RTW should now be platinum. Greatest Day should be Gold and The FLood should be gold.

 

Wish they would sort it out and update it.

All five have very impressive sales, and singles like up all night, said it all, love love and kidz when combined have decent sales aswell, but its the albums that have done big business.

 

You know i always remember when i heard the ultimate collection was getting a release, i was like this might scrape a top 10 debut for nostalgia reasons but then drop like a brick, how wrong was i, i never in a million years expected what would happen with take that from there on in, if only i was a betting man and put a huge bet on a hugely successful take that comeback i might be a rich man today!!!

Where is the best source to find out about sales, im keen on seeing individual sales for the singles, albums and DVD???

and i read in the Metro today (where I first found out this news) that sales in the UK stand over 500k now and it has been certified in Germany but I don't know what that means? :/

 

Anyways The Flood up against two Adele songs...maybe cos Adele is nominated in every category Take That may get this one?

This is wonderful news, up against Adele will probably mean they wont win but its wonderful that the powerhouse of a song the flood has made the shortlist. The Flood rates very well with me and it will be a Take That classic in years to come for me.

Yeah I still listen to The Flood alot, very motivating song. Musically and lyrically it is easily one of their best.

I stand by that statement too, very motivating and the chorus always delivers that lovely tingly feeling down my spine.

I love and have always loved the flood and rate it very high amount take that songs, i especially adore the last half of the song, id love it to win but Adele will more than likely get it.

How long does it take for these awards to be announced?

The Flood missed out on the Ivor Novello to Rolling in The Deep, But they instead won the Ivor Novello for Outstanding Contribution to British Music! That makes Take That 5 time winners of the Ivors and makes Gary a 6th time recipient as he picked up Best Songwriter in 1993

Wonderfull news and truly deserved. I am not in ant way shocked Adele beat the Flood but it was lovely that The Flood got a nomination.

Not sure I've seen a Lyric Video before.
