a-ha also made #5 with their last studio album Foot Of The Mountain.

I'd forgotten it had got so high so I only used the Virgin book. *Slaps wrists*

Suedehead2 - the Tinie Tempah Album is just called 'Disc-Overy'

- there is no 'The' in the Title.

As Tinie Tempah has 2 Top 5 Singles, & the No.1 Album, in the latest

UK Charts, I decided to check how many times this has been achieved

since the Album Chart began. (July 28th 1956).

To my surprise, I found that Tinie Tempah is only the FOURTH Act

to achieve it. Also, that it is only the 16th Chart Week that it has been

achieved in.

John Lennon managed it 9 times - 8 Weeks in The Beatles, & 1 Week

as John Lennon.

The Shadows now have their Cliff Richard & The Shadows Singles, &

Albums, added to their Statistics. As a result of this, they were the 1st

Act to achieve it - for a Total of 6 Weeks.

This week finally sees a former number one leaving the top 40 with Ne-Yo and Roll Deep dropping out so we still have 12 songs which have peaked at number one. That number should drop next week as Katy Perry and Roll Deep occupy the bottom two places. Another former number one, Airplanes by B.O.B and Hayley Williams chalks up a 19th week in the chart.

Did Roll Deep drop out or not?! :P

Oops, didn't quite edit it heavily enough

Thanks for the extra info zeus. So only the Beatles have done that particular treble in its purest form.

Yes, that's correct.

Also - Tinie Tempah looks like being the only Act, of the 4, to NOT have the

No.1 Single, at some stage during the 'Feat'. He's unlikely to manage 2 Singles

in the Top 5 next Week, & he may not have the No.1 Album, either.

Not necessarily the right thread for this but probably the best of those that exist already..

Are Robson & Jerome the only act that have had two or more no. 1's and no other charting singles?

EDIT: Bob The Builder has two no. 1's but no other Top 75 hits
