It's not hated that much? Or it's been lucky to be not remembered as well as something "Beat Again" which is of similar standard but has been knocked out?

Not really, I think GaGa's four there were largely worthy of the hype whereas IGF was distinctly average. Boom Boom Pow is a million times better and it gets a fraction of the airplay these days.

I Gotta Feeling is an anthem that will be remembered forever (exaggerating a bit there)...not as good as Meet Me Halfway (Better than Boom Boom Pow, though that is still brilliant)......but MUCH better than any of Lady Gaga's.

I'd disagree, sorry. I think GaGa's done some great pop singles over the last couple of years.
