Tickets available on Seetickets.com NOW! Just been in to test the water and was able to get seats (1) first time and (2) the second time. Chose not to get them - but they're there and probably will be popping up over the next few days.

Thanks for the info Kath, I'm very very tempted but also very very broke  Does anybody know how easy it is to get from Manchester Piccadilly to the stadium? Is it walkable? And what time do the concerts finish?

I think if I went I'd have to book a night in a hotel too, and they're not looking very affordable right now...

Just looked on the City of Manchester site and it says it is a one mile walk from Picadilly Train Station. Its on bus-route/line 216, 217, 230 to 237, X36 and X37

My memory's fading now - but I'm quite certain when we went to the Circus Tour it finished no later than 10.30 at night (but around that area of Manchester - the cricket ground - there was a curfew - not sure if it is different for the Football Stadium).

I've actually just ordered two tickets - and haven't decided how we're going to get there (I don't want to take the car as I've been told its a dodgy area of the city!)

Let's know if you decide to go!

Thanks for the info, I'll have to have a think about it (a quick think as they'll probably sell out again ). I live about an hour and a half away by train, and I don't want to be stuck in Manchester. When I went to see Kylie last month at the MEN Arena, I booked a hotel in the city.

What date did you get tickets for?

Sunday, 12 June. They're right up in Block 304 at the back. At least if it rains - I can safely say we'll be WELL under cover!

TBH - I'm regretting buying them now - just looked at the email receipt and thought how many (nice) bottles of wine I could have bought for all that money! Serves me right for drinking a glass or two too many when I went on t'internet last night!

I work weekends so I'd have to go to the Tuesday or Wednesday concert the week before, but I'm not sure now...my funds are minimal!

Still no sign of my tickets being dispatched. Why are Hampden concerts always last?
I got an e-mail from TicketSoup. The tickets I bought for my friend and her husband are about to be dispatched. No progress on the 2 Ticketmaster ones though <_<

Could be wrong, but I don't think any of the ticketmaster for other venues have been sent yet.

I got mine from seetickets.

I ordered mine from seetickets on Saturday night (after imbibing perhaps a little more than I should have). Whenever I've bought TT tickets in the past I've always elected to collect them from the box-office but I didn't see any such option on the Seetickets site. I've ordered from them in the past (for other events) and they've posted them out pretty quickly so I'm hoping mine come in the next couple of weeks.

BITCHY lyrics are threatening to reopen the rift in Take That just days before they start their huge reunion tour.

Tensions are simmering because Robbie Williams wants his hit No Regrets on the setlist for the sold-out Progress tour.

But the track’s lyrics, written by Robbie after he left Take That, refer to the bad feeling between the boys and contains a dig at bandmate Gary Barlow’s weight

In the song, which reached number four in 1998, Williams sings: “I know they’re still talking (you’re far too short to carry weight).”

A backstage source said: “It’s quite tense at the moment with the pre-tour nerves but there are also concerns about the track’s lyrics.

“Everybody knows there has been bad blood between the boys but Robbie is sure the fans will see past the song’s face value and see a more poignant meaning behind it.

“To him, it shows how much they’ve overcome, and how much it means for them to be back together again. But the boys aren’t all too sure.” During a recent performance Williams, 37, dedicated No Regrets to his bandmates Gary Barlow, 40, Jason Orange, 40, Mark Owen, 39, and Howard Donald, 43. But instead of singing: “I guess the love we once had is officially dead”, he changed the last word to “alive”.

The song row is the latest drama to hit the tour which starts at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on May 27.

In January, Barlow threw the band’s future into doubt. He said: “Even moving forward, I know we’re back with Rob right now but I still see Take That’s future as a four-piece band.”

Williams has always been scheduled to perform some of his solo material during the show. Pet Shop Boys’ Neil Tennant, who sang on No Regrets, may join him on stage.

He said: “There’s going to be a bit for everybody.

“I’m going to be doing a bit, the lads are going to be doing a bit then we’re all going to be doing a bit.”

I think he should sing it and he shouldn't change any of the words.

I had no idea those lyrics were in No Regrets.

He should indeed sing it :P

I don't like the song much

sod the lyrics!

I think it would be better if he sung the Walker Brothers' No Regrets (a far better song to be honest!)

But no - he should sing his own (I know it isn't very good - but a lot of his fans WANT him to sing it) and he should definitely keep the lyrics intact. Gary IS too short to carry that weight.

:o

No regrets is one of Robbie's best singles imo. (the reason he wrote it is a bit chlidish, still the song is grand)

I don't like it. I just think the tune is a bit boring (but Rob's not to blame for that I suppose.) I know when (if I get my tickets through and decide to go) that during his set he sings Rock DJ and She's Madonna. I can live without a lot of his other songs.

I am sure he will be really upset to hear that

The only response really to your response!

I make no apologies for stating that (IMO) No Regrets (Robbie's) is a totally PANTS, self-indulgent song. He really should have just covered the far superior Walker Brothers song of the same title.

BTW - if anyone wants two tickets - I'm selling mine (when I get them). I think I was a bit too tipsy when I went on t'internet. They're seated, Sunday, 12 June - Manchester City ground. I'm selling only at the price I paid.
