Given it wasn't even top 100 last week, that's not awfully impressive.

:unsure: The X Factor promo for BEP's not boosting has much as I thought it would awful awful awful :puke2: song. Its my 2nd most hated BEP song ever nearly worse than the ear-rape that is Don't Lie.

The Silence is doing reasonably well for a song that LOADS of people have already got due to it being the 6th song off of the one album!

The Silence got cherry-picked a lot over the year too. I'd occasionally see it near the bottom of the top 1000 on iTunes during 2009 and early 2010. A bit like Dance in the Dark from The Fame Monster, in that respect.

I honestly dont know why they have released this song. It was originally on the first edition of the album as well. Why on earth didnt the record company release one of the new songs added to the deluxe edition? It would have made more sense in order to promote the deluxe edition of the album.

Alexandra wanted it released herself, and they had a video from months and months ago but they decided to hold it back for the release, i think they wanted a big ballad to launch the deluxe and to be performed on X Factor but hasnt worked out as they would have hoped.

Personally, i really like the song. :)

Does the new mix of the song sound any different to the original one? Cos if it does i can't tell! Am i just being stupid or is it a really subtle difference?
