How much did Britney sell when '3' hit #1 in the Billboard chart? Do you reckon 'Hold It Against Me' could become the fastest selling single in the US since the introduction of downloads?

I'd love her to beat that record that 'TiK ToK' set but I know it wont.

3 and W didn't do this HUGE but the composition was't that hard like this time with this 2 songs that in top of ITUNES and Airplay.

I'd be astounded if she doesn't debut at #1 to be honest. Who else has done that recently? I think Eminem (Not Afraid), Ke$ha (We R Who We R) and Rihanna (What's My Name?) all managed it last year? I might be wrong though.

Oh yeah, you're right. According to wikipedia it charted for two weeks beforehand on airplay only, and then went to #1 when the single was released. It's climb to #1 went 83-60-1.
