WELCOME TO THE ARTISTS CHART!!

Welcome to week 3 of this chart, made up from a points system, whichever artist is at no.1 receives 100 points, down to 1 point for no. 100. This chart takes into account both the singles and album charts. If 2 artists feature on 1 song then both artists receive points and in the result of a tie for a place, the artist who has the higher chart position with a song or album will be above the other.

Once again Katy Perry stands supreme, and, although the points are not as impressive, the gap is increasing, can anyone dethrone her??

With 6 new artists to the chart this week we say goodbye to the following...

31. 17. Peter Andre

32. 26. Usher

40. 11. Jamiroquai

41. 21. Rumer

44. 25. Joe McElderry

48. 27. Nelly

Interesting to see Nadine missing the chart completely, after her album entered so low she ends up at No.34 with 105 points only!

Check back next week to see the latest, how much will Take That climb, could they get to No.1 if a surge of old hits return, and will Elton John make the chart after an Elton John theme night on X Factor?

Please comment, and see you next week!!

I wonder how many points Tinie would've got in his album release week! :o A #1 album, 2 top 5 singles, 2 top 75 album tracks, and Pass Out was almost top 40 again that week.
