January 24, 201213 yr So excited for All American Rejects! Will give The Blackout a listen as they'll be supporting the date I go.
January 24, 201213 yr Author All American Rejects will be good for nostalgicness, a lot better than you me at shit.
January 24, 201213 yr I don't mind YMA6, latest album is patchy in the extreme but live they tend to stick to the uptempo stuff and I've heard good things about their gigs. It'd be extremely dull to have them supporting AGAIN though.

January 24, 201213 yr what do you mean again? they never supported them, this is the same tour still. Ah, my bad. I keep forgetting that the dates got cancelled and just thought that because they'd been announced they must have already supported them
May 23, 201213 yr Author Yeah so this is now soon and they just added two extra much smaller dates at Brixton Academy and Manchester Apollo. Got tickets to the Brixton show! ahhhhhhhh. Going to three dates in total. So f***ing excited.
June 8, 201213 yr Author yeah so this actually started last night and I'm going tonight. helllllllls yessssss.
June 9, 201213 yr Author I'm kind of talking to myself here but HOLY f*** LAST NIGHT WAS AMAZING. better than Reading, one of the best gigs i've been to, Tom was on top form, Travis f***ing destroyed the place, the setlist was awesome, on paper it doesn't look that great but it flowed brilliantly and was a good mix, the crowd was mega fun, some pretty mental pits for a blink show.
June 9, 201213 yr It looks like a great setlist actually - I like it when bands play half of a new album and it's the half I really love, and they fit completely with the rest of the set. Green Day didn't bother on their last tour and just chucked all the 21st Century Breakdown stuff (with the exception of 21 Guns) in at the start but having something like Feeling This followed by Up All Night really works.
June 9, 201213 yr Author Yeah Feeling This was a wicked opener, it's one of those songs that is just perfect for getting everyone to go crazy, kind of a shame they don't open with Dumpweed anymore, i think I'm correct when I say they had been opening with Dumpweed until last year's US tour. Those chords at the start of Dumpweed are just so great, especially for the whole curtain falling thing they do to start the show. Feeling This was such a powerful opener last night though. I do like how the new songs were fed between old songs but that said I saw Tenacious D a few nights ago and they new songs for the first 25-30 minutes then did old songs for the rest of the set and I quite liked that.
June 10, 201213 yr What was the setlist? Gonna see this on friday in Manchester, looking forward to it :D

June 11, 201213 yr Author so they played Reckless Abandon from the soundesk at the second london show then walked to the stage through the crowd. spontaneous as well, they didn't do that the first night they literally thought of it on the day. gutted I wasn't there. It's only been a few days since I saw them and I'm already really f***ing excited for this Saturday, would go to every night of this tour if I could.
