Did anybody watch these? The performances are sounding fantastic. They're truly good live vocalists. They gel so well together, their harmonies are brilliant. Obviously Una comes out on top, but Frankie is the one I'm most impressed with. She's improved greatly. Also, I think 'Higher', 'Ego' and 'Issues' are definitely my top 3 Sats songs. 'Issues' is absolutely fantastic LIVE! :wub:

Tbh i think there thinking they've made a profit from Headlines. 110k+pushing to 130k by end of year with 4 new songs rest previous ones. Next week Missing You and Higher combined will bring sales to around 390k... Pushing to 400k by end of year.

 

I can see them releasing a new single and album in June, Which i hope dosen't flop, but they need to release a nice uptempo lead single, if not have a ballad (do not release album.. might get strong pre-orders) then release an uptempo then release the album or vice versa. I think The Sats management are getting themselves sorted, and headlines will eventually pass 150k and higher and missing you will get to 500k (puppet,died in your eyes, karma, one shot, here standing) will all have a couple of thousand downloads aswell.. so yeah i guess it's a success and a good second album.. Us saturday fans will ignore wordshaker!.

 

Thoughts? Do you think they will release a 3rd single? But anyway like i'm saying amazing vocals aswell. Una is my favourite, See during Higher when rochelle goes " and i don't need your help " sounds so weird.

If this was a brand new album then they certainly would not be making any profit. Headlines may be an exception because we're guessing it didn't cost much to produce and the fact that it was half Wordshaker too.

 

When 'profit' comes into it it dosen't go to the girls first. It goes to their publishers (writers, producers etc) and label, then it's split into a 1/5th for each girl. That is the huge disadvantage for any group. If you want lots of money, you've gotta have longetivity.
