I wouldn't be at all surprised if 'What's My Name' benefits from the post-Xmas week iTunes gift card effect and eventually gets to no. 1 - the chart announced on 2nd January 2011 could be a very interesting one.

Heres a thought, will these campaigners download this week to beat X Factor or next week to get Xmas #1?

next weeks chart WILL be the Christmas number 1- the chart covers sunday to saturday of next week, this chart would cover 19th-25th December, so that would be the Christmas number 1

No, it doesn't quite work like that. For example, currently, the #1 is the X Factor Finalists. The Black Eyed Peas will probably sell the most copies this week, but they'll be number-one next week. So what's number-one on Christmas Day is determined by what sells the most the previous full chart week, which commences in 13 minutes.

Depends how much of a success these antiXFactor campaigns are.

There's so many this year I don't think people know which one to download.

Any reason for this? I don't think this track wants to leave the Itunes chart! Keeps going up and down. Everytime it gets knocked down by other tracks it gets back up again somehow. (Damn, got Chumbawamba in my head now.)
