I honestly expected Cher to top the votes on Week 4! :o

 

I thought it had the biggest impact - Stay reaching #12 on the charts

Matt was a deserved winner, although I'm kind of shocked that Rebecca didn't SMASH IT after the EPIC Sweet Dreams performance. Am a bit shocked he won every week, but if it wasn't going to be Paije :kink: At least it wasn't One Direction, although apparently Forever Young has leaked? Can anyone who's got it PM me please?
Again, plz get rid of Konnie. Shaun Ryder truly showed her up just on the Xtra Factor.
Aww, well done Matt! As you all know from my loonage, I prefered Rebecca, but Matt was a deserving winner :) I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad 1D came 3rd, I almost rocketed through my roof when they went :lol: Matt covered the winner's song well, I like it more than the Biffy Clyro version! Rebecca's winners song was STUNNING though, I'm not even upset she lost though surprisingly, because Matt deserved it too :)
Surprising One Devotion never came first, Simon looked really shocked.

Wow at last week! Cher quite a way behind Mary there in terms of the public votes, the sudden return to the judges vote definitely gave her a spot in the final, as we'd all thought!

 

No huge shocks apart from firstly Katie coming 2nd one week, although her Help performance was very good on a largely dire week. Oh and the fact that the person with the leaked votes on DS every week was just a chancer making things up and laughing the whole way through as many of us believed them :(

I am amazed that the week they left:

 

FYD were higher than Katie

Diva Fever were higher than Belle Amie

John was higher than TreyC

TreyC was higher than Katie (although that doesnt surprise me as much)

Paije was higher than Cher

 

Mary beating Wagner and Cher isnt as surprising- but that pretty much confirms that the week 9 conspiracy was real, Mary did amazingly throughout though- she clearly had the Irish behind her

 

quite surprising that Matt was the runaway winner in all the weeks, yet when the final came, he only had a narrow lead :o

 

and Wagner really was doing awfully- but he scraped through by the skin of his teeth for weeks :o

Some real interesting results there

 

-As expected Mary was ahead of Cher in week 9, and Treyc was ahead of Katie in week 5. Diva Fever also had more votes than Belle Amie in the second week.

-Treyc was bottom in week 3 though which suprises me. I still have no idea who the hell was voting for John.

-Rebecca didnt start off too impressivly but was actually rather close to Matt by the end.

-Wagner was very near the bottom 3 in the first week.

-Aiden started off well, but the voting just collapsed as the weeks went on.

If they didn't change the rules regarding the overs, Louis could have had his second win.
To prove his point correct?

I can't believe I ONLY JUST noticed this. Go and listen to it yourself! It's not particularly bland for the most part...

What DOES annoy me is Matt winning with Bleeding Love et al - I'm quite shocked Stay didn't win in that week given the rapturous reception! I'm not particularly understanding why Matt had such a hardcore fanbase prior to First Time either - I thought he'd have been popular but not THAT popular!

 

Mary on the other hand seems to have a hardcore fanbase that stopped caring after a while...
