April 13, 201114 yr Yeah, this is going to be my first series in HD. :D Look at us joining the NU AGE!
April 13, 201114 yr Just watching "Cold Blood" at the moment. I feel like groaning as I'm at the point where they're bringing down Alea who is dead :manson: I can hardly watch, hope it turns out ok.... edit: Just finished watching it. Can't believe Rory died/wiped from existence  Even worse Amy forgot him...it's too cruel. Do I need to use spoilers for episodes that have already long since aired? I'm unsure... April 14, 201114 yr I wouldn't have thought so, if you're in a thread called Series 6, you'd probably expect to see S5 stuff mentioned. Anything Series 6 related, be it spoiler or just your own speculation then spoiler tag it :D

Anything Series 6 related, be it spoiler or just your own speculation then spoiler tag it :D I haven't really focused on anything series 6 related yet, I figure I might as well post about my watching of series five here instead of posting another doctor who thread... I wonder if Amy thinks the doctor was going to propose, or maybe she remembered Rory? :( Just about to start watching The Pandorica Opens.

April 14, 201114 yr The Pandorica Opens contains Matt Smith's GREATEST speech. Let's all bask in it's glory. Xjnht1k8M7w
April 14, 201114 yr http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/s7/doctor-w...pisode-one.html two full clips of episode 1 :D the first one isn't much, but the second one is pretty good
April 14, 201114 yr is that s7 I see on the DS link  Saw them yesterday on the official site, got me really fired up for the series now. I think it's going to be AMAZING.
April 14, 201114 yr Just finished watching The Big Bang and am officially ready for Season 6! :cheer: It's weird how I never got into Doctor Who before....it's right up my alley. Might go back and watch earlier seasons now. Really enjoyed the episode, the last few moments were nail biting stuff although I knew the doctor wouldn't really be gone cause then there wouldn't be a season 6. :P Personally my favourite story from season 5 was The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone. Glad to see Rory back, he's such a loveable dope  .....but this Rory is the real one right? Not the plastic robot one? Edited April 14, 201114 yr by Sabrewulf
April 15, 201114 yr Obviously if you want to know nada about S6 don't click the link below  2 new radio trailers: http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/dw/news/bulletin_110415_01
April 15, 201114 yr Some ARSEHOLE has leaked the ENTIRE SYNOPSIS with all the big information of Episode 1 online. I've not read it, because I want to find out by watching it, but it's frigging difficult knowing it's out there.
April 16, 201114 yr Two questions... In the first episode of season five, is that woman working in the hospital the same woman as the mother in the indian (I think) family in eastenders? In the third episode of season one (The unquiet dead), is the woman helping the man in the funeral parlor the woman who plays Gwen in Torchwood? They seem similar....as well as the accent. April 16, 201114 yr Yes and yes. Although for the first one, she's Muslim, not Indian. :P She's indian though :)

They seem similar....as well as the accent. Gwyneth is indeed the direct descendant of Gwen in Torchwood too! DW do like to recycle people around  Freema was in the S2 finale before becoming Martha too.
April 18, 201114 yr I don't know if I'm excited for this series or not. I LOVE Doctor Who, it's one of my all time favourite shows and I'm slowly collecting all the DVD's, but I hated the last series. Apart from two episodes it was boring as hell and I can't stand Amy Pond.
April 18, 201114 yr Doctor Who do appear to be fans of re-casting the same people! They get around it quite well though I think. I watched the finale episodes of the fifth series last night and I am even more excited for this now! I can't wait to find out who River actually is (and I'm hoping it's not as clear-cut as we've been led to believe.)
April 18, 201114 yr PURE BLASPHEMY  I know. She's nice to look at and that's about it. She does absolutely nothing but stand there wide-eyed. She shone in The Eleventh Hour and then went all $h!t. She's an appallingly written character.
