Posted December 23, 201014 yr lI89ovR36r0 Most of the movie is filmed the perspective of his spirit flying around Tokyo. If that hasn't convinced you to see this movie, these are the opening credits: dL0lNGXoP8E
December 24, 201014 yr what harve said. is this out on blu ray? i might have to get stoned and watch this. oh and Coil and Throbbing Gristle on the soundtrack? can only approve of that.
December 26, 201014 yr Author so beautiful i torrented it but i think it is. this is not a movie you get high and watch. that'd be like getting high and watching requiem for a dream. i dunno. i consider high movies like HEAD OF STATE or something, not incredibly made dramas/art films.
December 26, 201014 yr well one torrent site i looked at a load of comments were like "i really should try to watch this not high, i keep tripping from the visuals and passing out" and then the rest of the comments were calling it $h!t and a waste of time. i think i may check it out at some point.
April 9, 201114 yr just watched this and it was half amazing half crap. it's so beautifully shot and aesthetically pleasing but i just felt the story went way too slowly and even the story that was being told was a bit boring. it started off so promisingly and face paced (compared to the rest of it) but then it just dragged on. i've got such a short attention span so if i realised it was 2hrs 30mins when i started watching i wouldn't have bothered. i absolutely loved the ending though and especially how it was shot, such a saving grace!
July 26, 201113 yr Ben f*** you for inspiring me to watch it. barely even watchable, can't believe I even watched until the end.
July 27, 201113 yr Ben f*** you for inspiring me to watch it. barely even watchable, can't believe I even watched until the end. Have you seen Irreversible by the same director? It's basically shot the same way but it's so much better! It's all in reverse order so you see the ending at the start but then it's really cleverly done..

I haven't seen it but know of it, but tbh after watching Enter The Void I really wouldn't have the urge to watch Irreversible. even if the soundtrack is done by a member of Daft Punk.
December 3, 201113 yr For a second I got confused and thought this was a thread about Touching The Void... never again.
December 7, 201113 yr Author Ben f*** you for inspiring me to watch it. barely even watchable, can't believe I even watched until the end. oops (( i personally find irreversible harder to watch than this. the rape scene in particular. not sure which i prefer though ))
