1. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World

Edgar Wright is a God. He did good to my favourite comics ever. Possibly my favourite film ever, let alone this year. And it came out on blu-ray on Monday and looks too amazing.

2. Toy Story 3

Been waiting about 10 years for this, Toy Story is one of my favourite films ever, after watching this I felt like after 18 years I have finally completed childhood.

3. Inception

Damn you Christopher Nolan and your talent of f***ing with my mind and making excellent films.

4. Kick Ass

Do I really need to say? I thought the comics were much better though.

5. The Social Network

David Fincher + Trent Reznor. A match made in heaven. That is all.

6. Iron Man 2

I enjoyed this naturally but felt it was maybe a bit rushed, they could have worked on the pacing.

7. Shutter Island

Underwhelmed for a Scorese flick but still good.

8. Exit Through The Gift Shop

Banksy making a film, yes please.

9. Cop Out

Kevin Smith is my favourite director, or at least joint favourite with Edgar Wright and Spike Jonze. This was another great flick but would maybe be better if Smith wrote it, probaly his best non-view askewiverse film. I wouldnt say it was anything special though, which despite Kevin being one of my favourite directors it is this low.

10. Monsters

Decent indie flick I saw in the cinema a few weeks ago, amazing for the budget and amount of people who worked on it.

I have not seen any of them

My brother has Iron Man 2 so I will borrow it, the first one was really good. Stuck to Iron Man's history pretty well.

I would have thought you would have seen Iron Man 2 :o if you liked the first one you'll like this one.

infact I only watched it for the first time the other day, I was really excited during the hype up for it, but was far too busy at the time to see it.

LOL i have the same Top 4. Even the order.

I still need to see most of these, most notably Scott Pilgrim, Inception and Social Network :(

But obviously Toy Story 3 was incredible and Shutter Island was pretty great too.

'DOTY' FAIL.

just general film watching fail if anything, he hasnt watched 3 of the best films this year, what a f***tard.

Your top 2-4 are AMAZING. Number 1 was good, but I felt could have been slightly better - still decent though. Not seen any of the others, bar 'Shutter Island' which completes my Top 5 (along with 'Dinner For Schmucks') Nice list there. Wish I'd seen the other 5 though (notably 'Social Network' and 'Monsters').

i really don;t see how Scott Pilgrim could be improved, you definatly couldnt improve the acting or style or sets and the script was amazing as well, maybe a bit of it was slightly rushed, like the first few fights had quite a bit of a break inbetween where as the last few went near enough straight into each other, but seeing as it's a film that's limited by about 2 hours I'd see no other way, i'd love it if it had all the extra stuff the comics had that wasnt in the films, or have the actual Twins fight (completely changed in the film), but that just wouldnt be possible, it would be great if it was maybe a 6 hour TV series, but no way would that get the same budget and would lack the film. So the only thing that could be improved would not be a realistic improvement.

I meant to but never got round to it :(

Good list there. A few I still need to see. Good to see Monsters in there too. Definately one of my favourites this year

'Kick Ass', 'Monsters', 'Toy Story 3', 'Scott Pilgrim' and 'Inception' are all amazing. 'Monsters' and 'Kick Ass' are probably my faves. 'The Social Network' was good, and I appreciated, but it's just not my sort of film really.

The rest I haven't seen, I really need to see 'Shutter Island' actually.

i've only seen inception from these but i loved that to bits! gagging to see toy story 3 (when i've rewatched the first 2 to catch up) and the baksy film though. i've been looking for that everwhere but i couldn't find it. love the trailer for that too, really clever..

Mine favorite is Inception and toy story 3.
