No, just the ones he wrote solo ;)

Lets face it 75% of the material is Robbie's work (even 8 letters appearently), the rest probably helped with a melody (Gary) or polished the choruses (Howard). To be fair WDYWFM is Mark's song all over. For Affirmation & Flowerbed I don't know who did what but for the rest 9 it is mr RW. (I usually keep this to myself because TT fans may not like the concept; deep inside they know it is true, they know TT songs better than I do anyway- they just don't want to admit it)

To be honest - I think Robbie's written the whole album. I don't mind though - its a good'un and the other four guys benefit from it so I'm sure nobody's complaining.

Whoever is singing it has a bald patch...does that help

:o

I hope it's not Robbie singing then! Although I don't think he has a bald patch. He's going grey. Men who go grey tend to keep their hair in my experience. :D

That settles it then. An indisputable scientific fact ;)

I think the hand gesture at 1.22 gives it away too - its Gary.

Comic Relief single? Wow!

Fair chance of getting to No1 now then :w00t:

Red Nose Day isn't until March 18th. Will that work with the February Kidz release date?

It is just speculation at the moment. They're definitely doing the CR song but the Kidz news was on Wiki (which anyone can edit). However - certain things would point to it being true. Have you seen the artwork? Apart from it being sh/te - its just RED! And Gary seems to be growing a large red nose ... but that could just be the beer!

I don't know what's happening to be honest! It would be too odd though for them to have two singles out at pretty much the same time - so I'd say that the rumours and speculation about Kidz - is true. Then again ....

Looks like Kidz may not be the official CR song after all. It still looks like however, that TT will be doing the CR song - so they could end up with two songs in the top ten in the next few weeks.

If I'm honest - I hope this is true - I want to see Kidz chart high because of the good song it is ... NOT because its for 'charidee'.

Kath

I would hope the same to be honest, kidz is a good song on its on merits but in a more selfish way by it not being the comic relief single means we get something brand new which is something to look forward to, im sure if its a new song it will be part of the rumoured progress deluxe that is planned for later in the year.

I agree about Kidz. I don't want it to be the CR song... I'd rather see how succesful it would be on its own. (it won't make much difference though, let's face it with or without CR Kidz will get all possible radio and TV support)

About the cover: I like the colours but I do not get the concept here (is there any actually). Will they only use yellow-to-red in all covers to match with the album? :o The album has a great cover, but the flood and now kidz... <_<

I am glad Kidz is not burnt out by overplay already. At last this is done properly...

Well its confirmed now that The Wanted are doing the CR song - so the best we can look forward to is TT being on CR. I'm hoping now that Rob is safely back in the bosom of the band that their next performance is better and less hyper (I'm sorry - but I find all the excitable boys' stuff a bit boring).

I'm glad Kidz isn't the CR song - but I would have liked them to do something 'quirky' for it.

I didn't see how the release dates would work. Anyway, when do we get a video? :smoke:

Looky here.

KIDZ video has only just been filmed. In Bulgaria of all places

Take That mobbed

TAKE THAT must get a lot of "offers they can't refuse" - free stuff, holidays and groupies of a certain age.

But you would think the Godfather-style Don Vito Corleone offers would be a rare occurrence now GARY BARLOW, MARK OWEN, JASON ORANGE, HOWARD DONALD and ROBBIE WILLIAMS are sensible and well-behaved gentlemen.

Well, for the first time since they were touring the grubby nightclub circuit, the manband encountered some shifty Mafia-style characters.

The boys spent two days in Bulgaria this week filming a controversial video for their next single Kidz. And their 90-strong entourage, made up of burly dancers and crew, caught the eye of the country's answer to Don Corleone.

A source said: "Bulgaria was chosen because it is one of the few places left in Europe where Take That don't get recognised and hassled.

"They flew out earlier this week to film in secret on the biggest film set in Europe. Local TV crews said the band were 'harder to find than a dragon's tooth' because security was so tight. But they must have caught the eye of a few characters when they arrived at the airport.

"Some threatening-looking blokes in big leather jackets made it their business to find out what was going on. They followed the crew and were raising a few eyebrows.

"For the entire 48 hours Take That were out there, including two 5am starts, a group of ten guys kept an eye on the production.

"It was unnerving stuff but thankfully they didn't want any trouble or money. The band had a full police escort for the entire trip."

Take That have some top security to make sure Howard doesn't have to crack out his karate skills.

Mark, Jason and Robbie couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag and Gary's back is ropey. It's best he avoids violence at all costs.

The boys are gearing up for the biggest night of the music calendar on Tuesday at the Brit Awards.

They will unveil the amazing choreography for Kidz they had planned for The X Factor last year.

SIMON COWELL stepped in and stopped them doing it because he thought 50 dancers waving riot shields was a bit inflammatory.

It'll look ace down at the O2 on Tuesday night. Simon's loss.

Some indication here as to what the video is going to look like

From

http://www.mtv.co.uk/artists/take-that/new...-at-video-shoot

The group spent two days this week in Sofia, the country’s capital, filming the video for their new single Kidz. The elaborate shoot involved 50 dancers and 40 crew and was thought to have been the biggest film set in Europe at the time.

Bulgaria was chosen for the secret shoot to minimise the chance of paparazzi getting photos ahead of the video’s release. A large battlefield was recreated, dancers waved riot shields and the band dressed as police officers.

I see it's got a B-side called Rocket Ship :w00t:

Anyway, exactly what is this 'beautiful' artwork supposed to be? A Martian landscape? A red sky at night? A spilt tin of red paint? Is it a bit of a man's body? (No,not a dirty bit  )

Thoughts please

I'm guessing the third single (I'm pretty sure there will be one) will have an all-blue cover. They should have named the album Primary Colours!

Are there policemen as small as 'ickle Mark?'
