Fringe needs to get out of shaky ground.

Fringe needs to get out of shaky ground.

As long as it doesn't loose any of it's 1.9 rating when it moves to friday it'll be safe.

Fox need a friday hit

I hope 'Better With You' & 'Nikita' both get re-newed, everything else I watch is safe.

'Bob's Burgers' might drop to shaky ground soon. They've included it despite only one episode having aired, and it got good ratings iirc, but I've read a lot of negative reviews. I had to stop watching after 2mins because of the voices.

Desperate Housewives hasn't been renewed yet. Im slightly worried considering ABC announced loads of renewals the other week.

It looked a bit dodgy at first, but ABC haven't had a new hit this year (scripted shows), and they can't really lose it (3rd top-rated scripted show on ABC). I think it's just because they haven't yet worked out contracts with the cast.

THIS.

It's contracts with the cast that mean it hasn't been renewed just yet.

Bones is still awaiting a renewal, but that's also down to negotiations, but the network are very keen for it to come back. :w00t:

I read somewhere if the cast (4 core housewives) demand anything more significant than their reported $400,000 fee an episode they will end the show

Just found this. Teri Hatcher has signed her contract. 3 more to go! The website says that Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Eva Longoria want pay rises :(

:( One Tree Hill. This is the last season that they are contracted for but I'm hoping that they get renewed. A bunch of the actors have said that they will stick with it if the network want another season and one of the heads of The CW have said that they will gladly give it a 9th season.

Glad Nikita is likely to be coming back too ^_^

Smallville (The CW) :w00t: :w00t:

Well no major surprises. $h!t My Dad Says will get renewed. None of the major networks have really had an alternative 'big' scripted show have success this year, and there is a huge gap in the market for one, so I am expected to be flooded with sci-fi/thriller pilots in the autumn to fill the void that LOST has left.

Not surprised at the Big Bang Theory either. They'll have tied all the cast down from moving on, and its improved in its lucrative timeslot, and Jim Parsons won an Emmy, so it is a big thing for them, as well as being a very well scriped and acted show.

Most my fav shows on that list are safe...but I wouldn't be surprised at all if SPN got axed

Been a delay with the renewal of desperate housewives. Only signed to seven seasons. Been working on negotiations since November. Eva, Marcia and Felicity have apparently not signed their contracts and want a raise but Teri hatcher has signed a contract though.

Glee is an obvious renewal. It was renewed for two years after season 1 finished anyway.

I don't know how I'll cope without The Good Wife. PLEASE BE RENEWED.

I feel the same about Desperate Housewives. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RENEW.

I feel the same about Desperate Housewives. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RENEW.

Except DH is the 3rd top-rated scripted show on ABC and very certain to get renewed, and The Good Wife isn't even top 10 for top-rated scripted shows on CBS iirc?

Right now though, I'd say that 'The Good Wife' will still get renewed, and it must be a good sign if EW.com things it's renewal is a sure thing.

Would like another season of Nikita. It's been my favourite new show of the year and there has been a lack of actually interesting new shows this television season. It has so far been a good performer for CW so here's hoping the second half of the show which will see the show change direction do well.
