I'm not disputing the albums quality to be honest, I'm simply saying that unless she promotes this could be the end of her.

Britney will always have a cult following regardless of her promo... Because she is still making music her fans love. Maybe in some places but this is definitely true in North and South America and even in The Uk to a certain extent.

On first listen, hugely disappointed with this album - it might be worse than Circus :o

HIAM is easily the standout track, and TTEOTW is by far the 2nd best song. None of the others come close to being as good. Also there's no track as good as "Unusual You", the snippets for the bonus tracks are underwhelming, definitely no "Phonography, "Quicksand" or "Amnesia" there, and its also a bit too impersonal and samey - a ballad could've been nice, like "Out From Under" was. I know she wanted to do a club album again, but this pales in comparison to her other club album Blackout. Circus without the bonus tracks was my least fav Brit album, FF might take that title for me now.

Why should an artist need to promote their music? What does it matter if she doesn't get #1s? She's nearly 30. Why don't you appreciate the music and tour if there is one. And if she promotes, thats an added bonus.

I agree! Slowpoke is especially driving me up the wall at the moment, with his negativity! Fine have some criticism for this era, but don't keep harping on about the same thing over and over and over again! Very tiring (and frustrating!) to read!
