Yeah, I'm pretty sure the sales are okay for this considering it's following two singles which didn't exactly set the charts alight - only one of them having made any real impact so far, and with zero promo. I'm happy with Top 10 and didn't expect much more. I'm just hoping we don't see a huge plummet next week.

Thats a shame about the UK chart position, especially since its was #4 the whole week, as long as its sales are good, who knows maybe it will climb next week as the mothers day sales decline? im just looking foward to seeing it #1 on the billboard 200!

Why? The only reason it was slightly awkward to watch was because of the question he asked tbh. :lol:

She did spin in at least one of her performances than I can distinctly recall. :lol: Probably towards the end of HIAM.

You get my point, her dancing is very stiff as is her personality when talking in interviews. When she answers the creativity question in 'I Am Femme Fatale' it's painful to watch. I love her to pieces though and I can see she's trying. I like her dancing in the Jimmy Kemmel 'Till the World Ends' performance, with a bit more flexibility it'd look fantastic (I hope we see this in the video).

Because she said she might want to retire when she is in her 50's? Your being f***ing ridiculous.

 

That is 21 years away. It is obvious she had a lot more control of what she does in her career then you realize. I believe Britney would be this unhappy woman if she were doing the things you think she should. She doesn't want to to do interviews that are live probably for the fact that she will get hated on by people like you. On the MTV site the reviews for the special are great!

 

And btw, I think the problems she has are with her medication. Bi-polar medication can cause swelling in the throat a lot of times (hence her voice sounding so deep lately), anxiety, weakness, restlesness, are very common as well. If you don't think she deals with this on a daily basis with her personal life as well as her professional life then you are foolish. I really think she is doing the best she can.

 

-She broke her knee in 2004

-She had a massive breakdown in which she spiraled for over a year

-She went into a MENTAL facility for several weeks

-She had her food drugged up with prescription medication by her f***ed up "manager" for that entire year.

 

This is not an excuse but rather an explanation of where she is now in her life. Do not expect the Britney Spears from 2003 to ever come back, she has been publically ridiculed in every aspect of her life, f***ed over by every person she has let in including her parents. Excuse her for not knowing if she wants to still be working 21 years from now when she has been doing it since she was 7 years old, 22 years ago. Did you ever think she might seem like a conceited bitch for ASSUMING she would be like Madonna in her 50's? She said more then 3 times in this special she genuinely loves her job, you get the hint of one thing she says, takes it out of context and throw this temper tantrum on how YOU should think she should retire.

 

NEWSFLASH she doesn't have to work anymore. She is making music and releasing it on her terms, so I believe she is just fine where she is... and you are disgruntled because she isn't doing what YOU think she should be doing to please her fans. The thing that drove her to insanity just 3 years ago.
