Israel K's Over The Rainbow (the single) reached a new peak of #44 this week. Still, at least we don't have to listen to Reggie trying to pronounce 'Kamakawiwo'ole'.

Woo, I got a menion in the commentary :D I'm practically a celebrity now

Why is the date in your signature in American?

Suedehead2 - With regards to what you've said, about the only 3 Hit Singles, to reach

the Top 10 as many as 4 times in 1 Chart Run - here are their Chart Runs:,

Just to let you know, sorry about the nitpick, you spelled Bruno wrong in the title, unless it was intended

 Fixed on the main headline but it hasn't been reflected in the latest news box. That must need some techie attention

Give it time

I have no idea  I think I must have made 2 typos in a row and not noticed it. I blame being tired and ill. Thanks for pointing that out.

It's still within one run though so the record isn't affected surely?

Bray - I was just pointing out that the Adele Single is on its 3rd

Chart 'Run'.

It makes no difference to the fact that it has become one of only

3 Singles to reach the Top 10 as many as 4 times in the same

Chart 'Run'. The only difference is that the other 2 did it in their

1st 'Run', & Adele has done it in her 3rd. She still joins the other

2 Hits, in achieving the 'Chart Feat'.

It's Eliza Doolittle, not Ellie Goulding (Ellie is up 1 to #7)

Oops

I'd better correct that

100% off topic (well 95%) but as this is a thread for nerds could someone confirm the following if true:

Regarding French acts, David Guetta has the most Top 10 singles (nine) and Jean-Michel Jarre the most Top 10 albums (five). I'm sure about the first one but does someone have more than five Top 10 albums?

I wrote about this for my blog but started to worry if the latter is incorrect.

A Thread for 'Nerds' eh?

SKOB - Jean Michel Jarre is the French Artist with the most

Top 10 Albums - 5. Air, & Daft Punk have had 3 each. As far

as I can see, no French Artist has ever had a UK No.1 Album.

Although Celine Dion is French Canadian, & has had 10 Top

10 Albums. 5 of them were No.1 Hits, & 'D'eux', (No.7/1995),

was entirely in French. Most likely the only French Language

Album, to ever reach the UK Top 10.

Thank you! The fact that 'D'eux' is probably the only Top 10 album sung entirely in French is interesting.

It spawned a Top 10 single as well, 'Pour que tu m'aimes encore'.

The latest Top 10 single sung in French is probably 'Moi Lolita' by Alizée (2002).
