Posted January 21, 201114 yr Has anyone ever used this site to trade in CD's? Is it any good? I'm having a clear out and I've noticed that it pays more for CD's than for DVD's (so I think I'll hold on to the DVD's). I was puzzled that the average price appears to be around 50p per CD - yet they say they'll give me £2.50 Kate Bush's The Whole Story (which was a nice surprise). Kath
January 21, 201114 yr I thought you were talking about the theme tune from the ITV programme  One for sorrow, two for joy Three for a girl and four for a by Five for silver, six for gold Seven for a secret never to be told Ma-a-a-agpie-ie-ie-ie-ie
January 23, 201114 yr I tested this website just out of curiosity and was not impressed by the tiny return on my CDs. So much so, I'd rather give them to Oxfam and feel I'm helping the unfortunate rather than lining my pockets enough to perhaps buy a swift one at my local. Edited January 23, 201114 yr by ScottyEm
January 23, 201114 yr Author I tested this website just out of curiosity and was not impressed by the tiny return on my CDs. So much so, I'd rather give them to Oxfam and feel I'm helping the unfortunate rather than lining my pockets enough to perhaps buy a swift one at my local. Thanks. My husband said hold on to them until summer when we do a boot (if we get a summer) or just give the one I really don't like away. Their offers on DVD's are even worst. Out of ten I sampled, like you, out of curiosity - one was offered £1.09 (Easy Rider SE) all the others (which are actually far better films) - 30p each. Kath Edited January 23, 201114 yr by Kathyp
