She sold around 350k so far ! :cheer:

Now move on to the 2nd single and hopefully she can stay high in the charts :)

That's amazing, didn't think it would sell that much! Hopefully should finish its run with 600K sales in the UK. I wonder if they'll promote her in the US as a "black" Adele, if you get my drift. I mean, if L.A can sign up Cher Lloyd for a US deal...surely this isn't out of the question!

Is the album being released in the US next year? I've just found this on Amazon US, with a release date of January 10, 2012:

They only have UK import of the album available.

I know she's said that she would like to release in the US but I've not heard anything official, I suppose that the label must be granting her 'wish' and giving it a push. I can see her doing OK actually, if it's pushed I think NRBL could at least be a hit on R&B or adult contempary radio.
I read that it will be 'Run Free' somewhere but I don't know if it is confirmed.

Is there even a song CALLED 'Run Free' on the album?

After a few listens, it's a very solid set. My favourite songs would be 'Glitter & Gold' (which MUST be the second single), along with 'Nothing's Real But Love' and 'Fairytale' (which would also make a good single. 'Mr. Bright Eyes' would be good as well, and I was surprised to learn that it's produced by Xenomania! :o

'Run Free' is a great album track, but it wouldn't work as a single. For me, 'Glitter & Gold' and 'Fairytale' are the best options.
She has just announced on her Facebook that the second single is 'Too Good To Lose'. That is an awful choice, silly woman.
This is a beautiful album, exactly the sound I expected from her but with much better lyrics than I expected to say she co-wrote it and her voice is stunning. She gives me Corinne Bailey Rae-esque vibes which is definitely a good thing. I love that rather than being watered down, weak 'soul' music for the X Factor brigade, it tries to be so much more - there's nothing on here that I can see being a massive hit, but by the same token I wouldn't want it to be anything else.

Fairytale would've been the best choice - I can see TGTL only just reaching top 40 if at all :( Even though it's a really good song!

I personally think it's a great choice ! Either that or "Fairytale" were my top choices for second single, since they're quite "upbeat" and uplifting songs, and will sure make people interested in the album.

Radios could quite easily get on board with this one :)

Stupid choice, even if it's a good song.

Although I really think only Fairytale or perhaps Glitter & Gold have a chance of being a hit single, I guess anything else will sell the album well enough anyway.

I agree, its an alright song, but for me, its the most fillerish on the whole album. I think 'Glitter & Gold' would be another top 10 even for Rebecca, I don't even know if 'Too Good To Lose' would do anything, could even miss the top 40 entirely. If it helps sell the album consistantly in the new year though, I would be pleased with that.

Glitter and Gold just screams out to be released (oh and I quite like this album! :o - I bought it my dad for christmas and it was way better than I was expecting!)
I am also surprised by the single choice. Thought Fairytale and Glitter & Gold were the obvious next singles... :(
Surprised noone else has mentioned Teach Me How To Be Loved as a single.
