I agree, its still my firm favourite album of the year, the lyrics are all fantastic. Amazing album, brilliant production.

Might be late to the party, but i absolutely love this album, i'm surprised people don't care for it, I think its a very solid album and I love her voice. I'd pick a favorite song but it changes every time I listen to the album.

That's one thing I really appreciate about Marina, and this album. It may be mainstream pop in places, but it's a cut above just about all of the rest due to her intelligence and sharp wit.

it's definitely this album that made me a huge fan of her. I did like 'the family jewels' a lot, but 'electra heart' is the sort of music that I go for. her voice, lyrics and personality is what separates it from being typical generic pop and just makes it quality.

It's certainly a strong contender for my album of 2012, and at the moment I think it is just about leading. Teen Idle, Bubblegum Bitch, Hypocrates and Lies are all still regularly giving me life.

Also, I know the album isn't selling that well but she must be doing pretty well in terms of ticket sales, merch, etc? She has quite a following in the US
