Anyway. I think this should be off-topicness about how much we like/don't like (as if there are any haters!) the Goddess that is Ms. Kelly Clarkson. Just so it's not complete spam in all honesty.

 

Or we can talk about the gloriousness of the 'Walk Away' video :wub: Kelly looking the best she ever has done and the feel-good of it all. I can relate to that video so much as I'm always being walked in on, whilst I'm singing and stuff LOL.

I don't think I've ever come across any haters for Kelly :o The biggest complaint I get is that she came from a reality TV show and I always *yawn* at that. I think Kelly has come such a long way since AI and has been able to seperate herself away from the show well enough to give her credit. I mean she's not as fabricated as most winners are and since the show she's wrote her own songs, produced her own stuff and she's not afraid to speak her mind about the Industry. That's more than most of the X Factor or American Idol winners can say!

 

And lord that video :wub: She looked amazing during that video, all that touring paid off. Although I quite like Kelly as a larger sized woman. You never see her on the magazines about her weight loss, you only ever see her for the gain which pisses me off loads. Its comments like that, that keep bringing girls around my sisters age down. She's 10 years old and gets called fat at school. She's not even fat! I wouldn't even classify her as chubby!

I don't think I have either. Obviously there's those people who think they're "too cool" or "too indie" to like her or whatever, but even then they'd say they preferred her over most other pop acts. So I'd say the most negative thing I've heard said about her is her weight. Even then unless it's from a magazine article stating otherwise, they don't say she's "obese" or "fat" or whatever. They just say something like "she's putting on a bit of weight" and stuff :lol: I'd agree about her coming a long way since AI. I'd say that she's easily the biggest and best example of an artist who gets most of her creative control without being a puppet or manufactured and stuff. She seems to be truly grateful of American Idol too, even though she's clearly not the artist they wanted her to be originally. She knows how to gain respect from a lot of people and has a fantastic personality, even with all this success!

My cousins were people that originally thought that because she came from a reality TV show, she would be really average in terms of musical ability and then I played them My December and I took one of them to the My December Tour and another to the All I Ever Wanted Tour and since then they both love her. They never expected her voice to be that amazing.

 

And luckily she doesnt believe that she is fat and she hasnt exactly got the greatest confidence in the world but she tries ^_^
