Alexis shocked us all a few months ago when her debut single 'Happiness' because an unexpected big hit & she is back once more, releasing her second single called 'Good Girl'. It is released on February 20th and is already picking up massive airplay on Radio 1, could she have another big hit on her hands?

I think it'll have a similar chart run to Happiness.

Top 10, I'd say - though I wouldn't mind seeing go significantly higher than that.

lol. Why was Happiness being a hit 'unexpected'? I was hearing it constantly on the radio since June, and it was on MTV all the time too, plus it was a pretty good song. I would've been extremely shocked if it didn't go top 10, if I'm honest.

 

Anyway, I think top 10 for this song. It's pretty nice, but I don't think it's as good as Happiness, and it wasn't all over the radio 4 months before release this time. However, it could benefit quite a bit from having 2 versions of the song promoted.

I think part of the reason it was such an unexpected hit for many people is that it happened to coincide with 4 massive underachievements (Ne-Yo, Tinchy Stryder, Nadine and Roll Deep), all of which it conclusively beat which not many people would have predicted.

I'm not overly convinced it'll do more than low top 20... but it's not impossible.

I'm not keen on the song, it's rather weak in my opinion. But... she has some profile now, and the media is supportive. Top-10 or top-5.
